“Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for work on their alternator or starter. They rebuilt my backhoe starter in 40 minutes and it cost me $140. satisfied and will be returning for future work.”

“They didn't have the part we were in need of. But helped us locate the part from a competitor so we didn't have to wait for it to come in. Really awesome experience with them. Will use their services first next time I work on a car.”
“Need a part for that project? Maybe need to replace your wipers and get windshield fluid? Auto Value has you covered. They have what you need to keep your car on the road. They also have a selection of marine goods too in case you are missing something. Already had to replace my wipers and the staff was very friendly and helpful in getting what I needed. I'll be coming back here in the future for when things go bump on the road.”
“Nick went above and beyond to help us out! Took time to talk to us on the phone, didn't rush us. Wasn't annoyed of us calling and keep bugging, him and Scott are great!!! I csnt remember the lady's name in the office as well but super super nice!!! 100000% recommend nicks”

“Pricey compared to other auto parts stores on some stuff but overall the staff was able to help and we're 6 knowledgeable about the items they were selling.”
“I love the kalkaska location. Every time I go in I hope Gerald is there. He's the assistant manager and is so awesome to deal with. He always goes above and beyond to explain things to me and teach me things. He's never failed me and I thought he deserved some very high praise!!! Thanks Gerald and keep being you man!”
“It was 2:30 PM on a Saturday. My 7 1/2 year old car battery was bairly alive. I asked to buy a battery. Got a reasonable price with trade in. I said I've never switched out a car battery but it looked easily doable. The sole employee on duty (Jeff?) said he needed to stay in side but I could use their toolbox. Started the job by picking the correct size socket. Before I could figure that out Jeff shows up, gets the right socket and in 5 minutes completes the exchange. We go back inside. Jeff ?refuses to accept any money beyond the new battery cost with exchange.I'm done buying auto parts from wherever. This store serves the ER community. I'll be back!”
