So i am on my 4th pack of venison steaks from my deer i had processed here this year. The first two pack were as bad as this. Bone chips in the meat no silver skin removed not one piece of meat resembles a venison steak i have ever ate in my 46 years. Save your $85 and let your 5 year old do it with a butter knife in the garage. I am not even a butcher and will cut up a deer better than this. Ridiculous!

I have buying meat from them for the past three years. Their meat is outstanding. No garbage goes into their products. If you taste their meat compared to a lot of the big supermarkets you would never buy any where else. The staff is always friendly, very professional .
