“The service was excellent, truly recommend this Tuffy. I had an issues with TMPS light, I wasn’t aware it was a sensor in the tire. Mechanic educated me on the sensor and how often sensors would need to be changed. Repair wasn’t long at all.”

“Wow! The kindness and customer service I received from Midas was beyond compare. I had a tire with a slow leak I was watching. When I was driving the car today, the pressure got really low. I called Midas and they were able to bring me in right after the phone call. About 10 minutes later they found the dry wall screw that had got in the tire and they plugged it and I was on my way. They were very nice and when I went to pay, they said it’s on is. I will definitely be going back there for additional service on my vehicle.

“I took my 2015 chysler 200 in for brakes and tires and it was a great experience. Everyone tells me how great the dealers are but they love to screw you and repair what they don't have to. EJ's explained everything to me and after the estimate there was no call backs either suppose charges. They didn't do any gimmicks like pull out some Trans fluid and show me me the color and smell and say it needs to be repaired. Or use the 3 floating balls thing. Anyways I just really like the honest service and the fait work. I will be a customer for life.”

“I had my Explorer’s front end repaired at Cass Collision after an accident in 2023, and they did a phenomenal job. Nearly two years later, an issue arose with my transmission cooler due to a long screw from the original repair. Cass took full ownership, covered the inspection fee, towed my vehicle back, and even worked with my old insurance to get me a rental—covering the overage themselves. Their professionalism and commitment to customer service and standing by their work was impressive. Highly recommend them for quality repairs and accountability!”
