Google will not allow me to mark ZERO stars. Was hit with a $500+ fine by the IRS after learning that Jarvis Accounting never actually submitted my completed returns. Even though they have admitted to their mistake, they have not offered to pay the fine or provide an alternative solution.

Very poor service. I dropped my taxes off a month ago and they didn't even start it. I tried calling to get and update and they would always take a message and never return my calls . I also was told I was not important because I drop off the taxes and don't stay and wait to have them done.
