Used to be really good. Over the past year, it's been absolute garbage. Tech Support isn't any help, they just keep saying everything looks fine on their end, so it must be my equipment.

This is absolutely the worst internet I've ever had. It's on and off and on and off and on and off and then they come out to fix it and it doesn't do anything and then they want to charge you for fixing it and then it doesn't work.
