Internet showing full bars on devices but won’t work. Call customer service just to be told he could not find any of my equipment that someone did not do their job when installing. He did not attempt to reconnect us or try any type of troubleshooting, just told me we need I need a service call and unfortunately it wouldn’t be this weekend (Saturday) it would be Monday.

This is absolutely the worst internet I've ever had. It's on and off and on and off and on and off and then they come out to fix it and it doesn't do anything and then they want to charge you for fixing it and then it doesn't work.

I'm editing this review to acknowledge my appreciation for the service they offer. The customer service could be much better and service is still very much unreliable, but having usable internet 75% of the time has been better than nothing at all. We were finally able to get Starlink, which is much faster and much more reliable. Definitely worth the extra $20 a month. Cancelling was easy, which I do appreciate. I have heard they are running hard wired internet locally, and if they ever come to my neighborhood (they won't, nobody does) I may consider it in the future.Either way, if it's this or Starlink, and you have a clear, full view of the sky, it's Starlink hands down. Original review below:Can't wait for Starlink. This place is all I can get, and the service goes out on a daily basis for 30 mins or more, but it's "never on their end." I'm just sick of it, honestly. I'm using this connection to complete schoolwork and attend important meetings, and it's almost impossible to rely on consistently. I've called and complained, but they get back to you the next day or hours later. "We had an outage this morning." Yeah well if you expect to provide internet in 2021, you need to not have outages four times per week. Some of us rely on this, and we are paying good money to have it.

When we want to watch TV we usually get the spinning circle. When we want to work at home (which we work from home) we have use our hot spot on our phones. So we are paying for NOTHING!!!

I have had DMCI for over 10 years. They have always been professional and efficient. Every time I have had any problem, even ones that I caused, they came quickly and repaired it. I would highly recommend them.

I understand many of the bad reviews here. Wireless broadband is a hit or miss for having a decent connection. There are many factors when determining why your connection might be poor, or entirely dropped sometimes.My experience with DMCI has been pleasant, though. I had to have a 60 foot tower put in to get their internet package of 100mbps. After doing this, I have had little issues with the download speeds being below 80mbps at the lowest. Our service has not went out more often than other providers I have had in the past.My one issue with having the 100mbps download, and 25mbps upload package is the lack of upload speed I am able to get at my house. I peak at about 4mbps, which is just enough to play video games on, but not really livestream etc. This is not necessarily their fault though. I live so far away from the tower that DMCI services me with, that it's a miracle I am able to get 80-100 download speeds out here. Overall, I am thankful since I did not really have any other options for "modern" broadband speeds for my family and I.The other issue, is the cost per month. Wireless broadband is expensive. I wish they were able to offer better pricing for their packages.

Worst internet company ever! Been without internet multiple times throughout the year. This time we have been out for over a week. No weekend emergency support for outages. Called three times over the course of the last week and no one has even stopped out. Really hard to run a business without internet.

Use to be a good internet provider. Now they are worst than Frontier! They cannot handle the growth OBVIOUSLY! They just take your money and do not upgrade to cover more customers.

I had to cancel early , had to move. They told me I owed 200ish but I could make 2 payments. I made 1.rhey took the other 2 payments in 1 payments. They are scammed don't do. Business with them

Poor customer service. My internet connection is so slow can't even play a mobile game. When call to get them to fix issue either they don't answer or tell me everything is working fine our connection is great but if it was great why isn't it working.

I was a little worried about moving into the country and downgrading our internet speeds significantly. My brother in law referred me to DMCI. They were out shortly after I called them to set up service. Installation went great. Techs were in and out and listened to my concerns about placement. The speeds are slower than we are used to but the reliability is excellent! Customer service is top notch.
