This is the worst Aldi's I have ever been to. The freezers were almost empty some were completely empty the store was disheveled and very sloppy. Products were not where they were supposed to be and the ones that were out were looking picked over. This used to be a good store many many years ago but it has went totally down. The only thing was good in the store was that the security person was very pleasant & helpful.

They haven't had any chicken noodle soup the last 2 times I went there but other than that it's a good place.

Out of all the stores in this branch this is the least professional and has the worst customer service. Before I get started, I love Aldi. I have been shopping here since I was a child. I went into the store to grab a couple of items. One line was only open and a line was beginning to form so the young lady at register for directed the rest of us to go to register one they said register one is open. Three people went over. Two of them Caucasian and myself, the older Caucasian woman took care of the two guest and automatically put her sign up in front of me and said I’m closed that was very unkind and unprofessional to the manager and inform him and he did nothing about it. totally unacceptable and not OK and you can’t even call a customer service line and complain because they don’t have one which leaves me to believe self-care is nothing for its patrons. and the people in charge as far as management care less just as much very unfortunate will be shopping elsewhere from now on
