Went to get an eyebrow wax today. It's been bothering me for awhile cause I've been there a half dozen times so today just confirmed it. There was one customer when I got there getting her nails done from a female.. 2 guys and two other females all on their phone the whole time. Barely got greeted. No communication. So after 10 mins I asked how long. It was hot as hell and after I asked they had a full on loud conversation in Korean I believe. He said 5 mins. I sat there reading the reviews which I should've done prior. 20 mins later the phone rang and after 4 rings one of the guys finally answered with a hello instead of the business name. Put the lady on speaker and obviously did not understand what she was saying and hung up on her. Going right back to his phone. Was about to leave but the lady came over and did my brows. She did ok but the whole time talked Korean to her coworkers. Thought it was very disrespectful. Honestly won't go back there again.

Won’t be back.
Sub par mani-pedi and they are unsanitary. i literally watched them put tools used on me and other folks right back in place without sanitizing. i’m mad at myself for not saying anything.
they tried to play me with the price. they said $25 for manicure. i told them i had builder gel and inquired about the price of shellac and dip. i agreed to do a regular manicure with clear nail polish. even after checking my finger nails to see what i had on, they said it would be $25.
however, as they are painting my nails they put me under the UV light. i politely reminded them that i am doing regular not shellac. they said i might as well do shellac since im laying $40. i said im not oaying $40, just $25 with regular. they said you did soak off, which makes it $40. why didnt anyone say that before?
i’m officially done with nail salons because the sneaky price increases at the end are becoming common and that is disrespectful and dishonest. Hannah from Lux nails and spa in Farmington Hills did the same thing to me TWICE.
shame on you all. if you need extra money, reflect it in the standard prices. don’t lie and try to trip up your guests. that is so unethical.
i will learn to do my own nails.
