I have been to this store several times. My first experience was with Christine. She went out of her way to work with me to find the best deal on the phone I wanted. She answered questions and took her time with me. She was friendly and professional. She was also the reason I returned with my recent problem. This time Mike worked with me to solve my problem. My phone was stolen and I turned off the phone and activated an older phone. This caused problems with insurance and getting the replacement phone. Mike worked tirelessly to find the root of the problem and worked miracles for me. Polite, friendly and professional and they made sure I was a satisfied customer. I highly recommend this store.

Don't get ripped of they will sell you a defective not APPLE CERTIFIED black market phone. And was led to believe i was getting abrand new phone and then tell you no refunds or exchanges and i had a receipt.
