Definitely disappointed with my experience. Was in need of access to my account through the ATM machine for a emergency over the weekend and couldn’t be granted access. So I decided to go back up to this branch during business hours just to gain an understanding of the issue. I was informed very nonchalantly about the reason why I had trouble accessing my account. That was all I needed to see to know this is not a place to trust financially. Eager to get you to sign up for an account without explaining hidden fees or terms of their services. Best perk was simply the coin machine.

My husband and I went in for an auto loan. We met with Arlena Miller. She went above and beyond explaining everything to us, making sure we understood everything step by step. It was the easiest most seemless procees. She made sure all the i's were dotted and t's were crossed. Even though the percentage rates aren't great, Arlena made the experience enjoyable. Thank you Arlena. We will be making all of our appointments with you!!!!

I went in on Friday for my appointment and received Excellent Customer Service, if not the best I've ever had. I was greeted by Alia Berry and she went above and beyond to make sure I'm new how my new business account worked and what I should know. She also answered all my questions that I had about my regular account as well and more. I would recommend this branch and Alia Berry to anyone. Thanks!

Stay away ridiculous fees will block your card without notice I'm done! They don't treat customers fair bad business ridiculous fees poor customer service

I just want you to acknowledge Mahawa Lawrence for going beyond the call of duty to help me with all my community choice credit union business. She has been wonderful and a great especially since my husband passed away 2 months ago. Couldn't ask for a better personal adviser at the Redford Branch. Just got a new HELOC and it went smoothly due to Stacy Titchenal and all our phone calls. Not at the Redford branch everything was done by phone and e-mail. It was great!!
