Remember back in the day when you were physically waiting for a prescription they took care of you in a timely manner? Well that apparently no longer happens!!!! This pharmacy is unprofessional and rude they made me wait an hour they missed filling one of my prescriptions because the pharmacist simply didn't look to see if it was in stock. I had to wait even longer the tech was soooo rude I will not be going back. No one even apologized for missing one of them.

My son had strep throat, a script was called in at 1:30 after waiting 4 hours with no notification it was filled I called the office.The phone rang continuously for a full hour with no answer. I gave up.My wife went up to the pharmacy to see what was up when she gets there she finds out the script hasn't been filled and they turned the ringer off on the phone because they are short staffed.We will never use them again

I am always greeted with a smile when I come in C V S the staff is very helpful to make sure that I have the items that I came for and if I can’t find what I’m looking for they will look to see if it’s in stock. if not, I’ll get a brand closest to what I came in for.

Upon entering the location, there was no one to be found for help. I walk through the entire store yelling HELLO, I need assistance. No one was able to help me. I then grab a basket to shop. It wasn’t until I open the deodorant case that an associate appeared. I asked her if I could please use the restroom as my minor child with special needs had to relieve herself. I was denied a restroom. I had to quickly shop around since I was denied the bathroom. Upon getting to the counter another associate was sitting on the ground behind the counter texting on his phone. I waited three minutes before he even acknowledged me. Once he began to ring my items I asked if all my coupons were applied. With the nastiest attitude he said if it was there he pressed the button. I then proceeded to go over my discounts and total as it was not adding up like I totaled everything. I asked him about the deodorant that was supposed to be an additional $3 off. He replied to me saying CVS does not allow people to use coupons on discounted products/sale items. I told him that this was untrue and I do this ALL THE TIME! In fact the CVS Adult diapers were buy 2 for $20 and I was still able to use a coupon on top of this sale. He yelled at me saying he wasn't going to override the transaction based off my coupon because it was on sale. I then pointed to the deodorant that was in the aisle to show him that the shelf itself didn’t even have a sale price or tag on it so how was I to know it was a sale. He told me to that I can either buy it or leave it he didn’t want to override the sale because if the computer would have allowed me too it would have. Then explain that the computer had been messing up all week with coupons so at the end of the night he didn’t want to go through all these steps.I rated a one star because I had too. If no stars were an option I would. To think I went out of my way to stop at this location versus going to the location 6 miles away.

Pretty decent location. I've noticed the CVS trend has increased of asking customers to self check out. A sign of the times. Not a large issue for me, but if the prices aren't discounted, why self checkout.

Would give 0 if there was an option. Not safe at all for anyone there. Almost every time I went in here, I got treated like dirt and there's lots of weird mischief in the parking lot all the time. And the management didn't seem to care if someone was trying to rob you or do nasty stuff. Feels like the ghetto in Detroit. Should be closed by the BBB.
