I went in there to cancel my subscription because the license reader was not reading my plate everytime an older woman gave me the instructions to cancel it online , went back inside because online said it couldn’t find my account , I wanted to ask her what my account window sticker number was , she was looking it up and a gentleman with ‘family first’ tattooed on his hand came and asked what was the issue as the line was getting longer, I told him the issue he looked into it and told me what the issue was and he would personally get in contact with the technician and upgraded my wash for the day as it was my fourth time having to back out of the line and go into the office. That guy deserves to be promoted to the top of the top he saved the company money because I was for sure going to cancel my subscription, now the license plate reader is working for me . Hats off to folks like him . Doing his job (a great job at that ) not just coming to work for a paycheck like the folks at McDonald’s that will give you cold fries and a lukewarm burger. He actually cares for the customer and the company it’s hard to find folks like that , I never met the guy before but real recognize real . Salute

Lately, it seems to be broken, one tunnel is down alot. They need to start offering the shammy for all monthly paid pkg. People are going elsewhere because they get a free towel dry. And have them start using the bug spray for the windshield.

My mirror was broken off and I was told I would have to wait till Monday for the GM to review the cameras and make sure so I ask way if I get a ticket they response u will have to discuss that with a general manager that’s not here so basically I have no other choice but to ride around without a car mirror hoping they will fix it the vacuums barely work it took me 15 minutes to vacuum after waiting 30 minutes to discuss it with a manager no longer recommended okay so now Monday come and they get back with me and tell me they can’t replace it and Ima just have to chuck my mirror up literally the worse service the older lady at the front dnt know how to work or use the keyboard or know what to do for a incident and now Im just out of luck with a broke mirror after spending almost 20$ on a car wash and I could have did it myself literally the worse service

went back again to give you guys a try and now your booth attendant mocks my dog. will be making sure all my dog lovers don’t come here
the booth attendant doesn’t take the hint to walk away. i have a reactive dog in the backseat going off because of stranger and he continues to try to be up in my driver side window. not everyone needs assistance with using a card to get a single wash.

Thomas and the guy he was training did a great job with my express detail! My car also needed a jump, and he helped with that too. He was very patient and did an excellent job overall!
