“Amber helped us book our wedding tuxedo rentals and a custom tuxedo for my husband, and she was absolutely amazing! As a bride-to-be, it was such a relief knowing Amber had the guys’ side completely handled. She made the entire ordering process simple and stress-free, and when it came time to design my husband’s custom tux, she turned it into such a fun experience for both of us. You can tell she really knows her stuff—her expertise and confidence show that she’s been doing this for a long time.
She also kept us in the loop throughout the process, updating us on the wedding party’s orders and showing us how to view all the bookings online, which made everything so easy to track. Amber’s attention to detail and easygoing personality made everything feel effortless. We can’t recommend her enough and would recommend anyone looking to do custom work to go with Amber!”

I was doing my best to match my Fiance's dress and was having trouble getting a good color match for my vest. I went to 4 other stores before finding Gerard Tuxedo. Jenn was so incredibly helpful and we found a shade that matches really well! I honestly wish we went here first.
Not to mention, for what we were looking for, this store was a very affordable option.
I'll add onto my review once I get my vest and tie (probably even better cause I was impressed with what she had in the store). But, I would highly recommend this store and Jenn, and if I ever need to buy another suit/tux/vest, I would absolutely go here first.”
“Phenomenal customer service & very knowledgeable about current fashion trends. I needed a suit for my client ( im a image consultant & personal shopper). Spoke Dennis & Bob and they not o ly stayed extremely late to help me via phone but Bob drove all the way to fed ex in Detroit to get the suit to my client overnight! I highly recommend this haberdacher!!”

“Had to come in for a hat reshaping and Erin did a fabulous job! Cleaned and shaped the hat like it was the day I bought it. I unfortunately left it on my dash and the sides went flat. They explained the best way to keep its shape and to prevent future folding. Would HIGHLY recommend coming here and seeing what they have in store or a hat repair if needed.”

“My husband and son needed to rent tuxedos for a wedding we had in Michigan. I called the tuxedo shop and spoke with Jeff who went above and beyond, spending great time in helping me with their tuxedos selections and how to get their measurements. We flew in the day before the wedding and Jeff was incredibly accommodating in getting their tuxes to fit perfectly, then steaming/pressing them before they left with their suits. My husband and son looked spectacular and the rented suits were of great quality. Additionally, I was concerned that we were flying home on Sunday when the shop was closed, but Jeff was incredibly kind enough to pick them up from our hotel right on Monday. THANK YOU, JEFF!”

Well I wanted a nice shirt and tie for my lady's birthday dinner. I brought the item to this store for correction. They were able to exchange and fix the issue. So much better than waiting for shipping and emails.

While this is not something that the store has to offer, the staff was incredibly friendly and helped direct us to the perfect store that would have exactly what we were needing. They went above and beyond to make sure we found what we needed, even if it wasn't from them.”

I found a great dress but also had an enjoyable visit and gained a lot of knowledge about appropriate clothes for Diwali and the upcoming wedding I'm invited to. Patient and knowledgeable staff. Wide selection of styles, colors, and sizes (surprising for such a tiny shop). A few days later I brought in my very dubious husband; he found several outfits he liked (and bought two!). Good prices (as far as I can tell from comparisons online) and they do alterations! What's not to like?”
