Service sucked. My phone was totally destroyed. Service couldn't help. Brought an new phone and I'm still in a blur. I will visit another location and maybe they will be an more bit helpful.

I came in to add a line which was supposed to be free (not including 1st month of service). I was charge $30 additional "for activation". When I asked him why, he was flippant and told me that he's not just going to give me the phone and it was $20 activation and $10 for 'tax'.Lastly, the music he was playing was raunchy and offensive. He did switch the song when I asked him to but the subsequent songs were no better.Its interactions like this that make me question why I'm with Metro. The service is stellar but the instore experience always feels gross.

Chris and Rami were very professional and informative. Been with Sprint close to 20 years after being pushed out the door when visiting a previous T-Mobile store on 7 mile and Telegraph they were kind enough to take care of all of our phone needs. I highly recommend this store location I definitely will be returning.
