“Ilco, thanks for your help. I've been fighting with the paint colors for my weird bathroom for weeks and its finally over. He scanned my tile to color match it which he assured me wasn't always 100% reliable but it was a gamble I was was willing to take. It came out gorgeous. We dropped a little dab of the paint onto the tile I brought in and once it dried, it was nearly indistinguishable from the tile. Ilco is very friendly, sociable and professional and a great addition to your team.”

“What a great store. I had to patch a couple of holes in our downstairs basement and took in a small sample to match the paint. They matched it perfectly and it’s very likely that the paint that we were trying to match is four or five years old. Super friendly staff, I know where we’re going for no one for anything paint related!”

“We recently completed an entire house renovation. We purchased all of our paint for the entire project at Benjamin Moore - RepcoLite Paints on Stark in Livonia. The team there is amazing. They are very knowledgeable. Carly, especially always provides exceptional service! She most recently helped us with a finish for a tulip cast aluminum dining table. The manufacturer gave us a paint formula to touch up the table top. Unfortunately it was not a formula RepcoLite could reproduce. Carly went above and beyond and referred us to a local company that she knew would be able to refinish the tabletop. The results 100% perfect! I highly recommend Carly and the entire team at this location.”

“I visited this Sherwin Williams location on August 1 after having a frustrating issue with paint color that had been mixed incorrectly at another location. Even though this store had absolutely nothing to do with the original mistake, Shawn stepped in and took care of the issue. What stood out most was his customer service. He actually listened to me, acknowledged my frustration, and made me feel like my concerns mattered. After the experience at the other location, I had honestly sworn off Sherwin Williams altogether. Shawn completely changed that. He was professional, understanding, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. Because of the way he handled the situation, I will gladly go out of my way to shop at this location in the future. Excellent customer service and a great example of how one employee can completely turn around a customer’s experience. I highly recommend this location, and especially Shawn!”

“Best customer service ever. I brought an old bucket of paint to be shaken , and not only did he shake the 5 gallons bucket he brought out to me with a few stir sticks and a new bucket just for the heck of it. Wouldn't shop for paint anywhere else. Thank you.”

“Wow. Steve was awesome. The most helpful. I've been painting my house, and been trying to match this paint for ages. Nobody has done it. After about literally 5 or 6 trips to the store, and about an hour of minute adjustments, we got it. And it was a bit of a mid understanding which paint I was going for, and we matched the wrong color on the lid because someone had painted the lid for some reason. Steve was understanding, and helpful the whole time. And nailed it the last try. John, you've got a good mentor man. My house hasn't looked this good in a while!!Thanks guys!”

“Operations Manager John Wester is a life saver. When I thought all hope was lost, we need a special type of paint with a specific white, with a hard dealine looming for a BIG project, John made it happen when no one else could. He got me all the local supply, and when I went through all that he found me all the paint available within driving distance. He saved the day and the job got done on time and within budget. “These folks are great! My wife and I have been going in and out multiple time asking for help, getting samples, and asking all kinds of questions. They are patient and kind! Matthias and the woman with him, whose name I can't remember, are fantastic. I keep asking to look up colors and they never tire of helping. So much better than big box stores! And the assistant manager is also great--again can't remember name--but he's very personable, and top notch!”

“Small and efficient. Made for buyers, not shoppers/'tire kickers'. Staff doesn't play favorites, they just serve. Best part is that they are humble enough and apparently so committed to quality outcomes for customers and their clients that they will ask their colleagues for input and advice if they aren't confident and experienced on the topic customers inquire about and/or they sense (my) uncertainty on which 'way' to go,(product &/or method) they will ask a colleague for their take/input in front of the customer (me) which usually provides quite a dynamic insight. Nearly everyime I visit this store I think to myself what an unusually professional and positive experience I have there, and that is not because so many places/suppliers I use just suck. No BS here, atleast not yet....”

“I had such a wonderful experience working with Amanda across all three Sherwin-Williams locations! I came in needing help creating a custom wood stain, not the easiest task, and Amanda was absolutely incredible every step of the way. She was kind, knowledgeable, and unbelievably patient as we worked through the process together. No matter which location I visited, she brought the same level of care and expertise. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to making sure a customer gets exactly what they’re looking for. Amanda is a true gem and a credit to the Sherwin-Williams team. If you’re heading in for a custom project, ask for her you won’t be disappointed!”

“They are very hobbyist friendly. They were able to help me pick out a color code and advise me on the proper paints and additives to go with it. I am super excited to paint my first car with real automotive paint and not just rustoleum paint from the hardware store. Will definitely be going back for my next projects.”
