If you ever thinking of being an employee here don’t ever fall sick and think you’ll still have a job. Not only was I terminated for falling ill but they also took extreme measures to contact my doctors to verify the authenticity of the excuse. I’ve worked there for a total of 2 years and watched numerous talented people stripped of their dignity within this company. I’ve witnessed a whole branch quit (5 people) at one location and I stayed and had to do the work of those 5 people. Multiple times I have worked ALONE inside of this CREDIT UNION and I know that is against policy. I was payed back with a 3 day suspension. I would never work for a company as ruthless as this again not to mention the discrimination I have witnessed in how they treat members. Protect your money and your peace!

Very efficient location. The staff use to be top notch. The two young men who worked there in the past were excellent. There is a new you man there who is as excellent. However, the young ladies I have encountered leaves a lot to be desired. One has a poor attitude and one have made mistakes on my account a couple of times. I do miss the Telegraph location. I will continue to do my banking there.

I witnessed a deranged man threaten to kill one of the tellers, the manager swiftly talked the man down instead of helping his distraught staff. The man was allowed to walk in and out of the building after these threats were made. If you value your life and how businesses treat they’re employees stop coming to public service!

Ms. Ladonna was very professional, patient, and caring. Josh at teller window lead me to exactly where/who I should see in the office regarding fraudulent transactions made on my account :-)

I have been with Public Service Credit Union for years. At first it was great, it was an easy transition into their direct deposit system, however things aren't always great... They have fees for just about everything imaginable... Need a new debit card... Fee, want to stop a company from taking your money... You guessed it fee... The final straw is my debit card stopped working while I'm on vacation... Oh and the sweet part about this is if they are closed then good luck because you're not getting anything. The also pick some inconvenient times to be closed... Last time I checked June 20th wasn't a holiday but here I am unable to do anything in a while other state.... Looks like I may have to call it quits because I can't depend on something I can only have emergencies during business hours....

Worst bank I have ever had. Had an account with them for almost 10 years and they randomly charged me a bunch of fees while I wasn't using my account. After 10 years of being a loyal member, I get charged $120 worth of random fees and told "well, I don't what to tell you." Very poor customer service and they clearly only care about money and not their actual members. Also, if your card is lost or stolen, it takes a month to get a new one and they mail the card pin separately and half the time you never get it and have to call to reorder. Don't waste your time

This is a bank yet they refused to exchange small bills for larger bills because we don't have an account with them. They have previously done this for us yet the two tellers there today refused. They also refused to give me literature stating you have to be a member in order to exchange bills. I guarantee you I will never have account with this bank!

No one working been in line 30 mins terrible service extremely slow service, the mgr is in the office hasn’t come out to even try and help terrible management save your time bank else where, came back to update this post 40 mins later still waiting then the gentleman started helping someone in front of me said my transaction was gone take longer Smfh what a smack in the face. I’m moving all my direct deposits never experienced such horrible service

Der'rique Wilkins has great customer service, I always get her every time I come here atleast 2x a week. She's very professional an quick service an always have an positive attitude it's the only location I come to Redford, MI an I've been to them all but this one is by far the best ??.
