Fitting rooms still closed. They had a disciplinary discussion with a lady on the sales floor in front of customers...they were trying to fire her, in front of customers...It made my shopping experience awkward and uncomfortable.

The clothes are cute but I wanted to return something and I got there 20 minutes before closing and they didn't let me in. They shouldn't close no more than 10 minutes before time.

i ordered several pairs of jogging pants that I received yesterday. One pair was damaged so I went to the store bu my house. They wouldn't process the return and said I need to send them back by mail. Your company charges a fee to return merchandise by mail. The pants were only about $10 so I wouldn't be getting an actual refund. I will not shop with Rainbow EVER again
