Absolutely pathetic. Wasted 7.5 hours (taken off of work) over two separate days for delivery of an item I don’t even believe was ever on a truck.The first day, a Saturday, I waited 4.5 hours for them to deliver the item within the 3 hour window only to have them cancel and reschedule due to a delay from a previous delivery.The second day, I called after the delivery window passed and was informed that they needed more information before they could make the delivery (information I emailed them immediately upon request btw, and they never sent an email, text, or made a call to request anything else.)Additionally, my secretary informed me that they made 2nd call to verify employment in the middle of the 2nd delivery window—which to me suggests they never intended to deliver the item and it was never on a truck considering they “needed more information” and found it necessary to verify my employment a second time.So I’ve wasted 7.5 hours only to have some very sensitive little guy snap at me in shock that I’m a little angry that they’ve wasted over 7.5 hours of my time. Then to top it off, I’m supposed to get my $100 deposit refunded and the contract terminated but I look on the website and apparently I’m rescheduled for the redelivery tomorrow—which isn’t going to happen. I wouldn’t take anything from them if they paid me.The single most sickening experience I’ve ever had with any business in the USA. If I owned this company, I’d close out of embarrassment.

My experience has been very frustrating. I initially had signed up to purchase a table set however, due to the fact that they didn’t have what I was looking for, I decided to cancel all dealings. I initially I paid $10 upfront but when I called back to speak to someone to cancel my order, and let them know that I was no longer interested. I was assured that my $10 would be refunded to me. That clearly did not happen. As of this morning not only have still not received my refund but your company tried to withdraw $50 from my account three times for furniture I do not own or lease. Please tell me how is this even possible? This is bad customer service. When someone cancels business there should not be any more dealings with withdrawals or anything else simply because I did not request or authorize it.

I called today to inform them that I needed an extension on my payment which is do on the 3rd. Until next week. This person had the audacity to tell me that they couldn't do an extension and that they would come pick up my merchandise today. Before my due date ??. It was a problem with this store from day one. I'll never get anything from them again once my item is paid off. Atleast not from this particular store. The District manager handled the situation and approved my extension. But the nerve.

I have been using rent a center for some years,everything I have gotten I have paid off. Antonio an employee for some reason doesn't like me or my husband. He is not only disrespectful he tries to go above the chain of command and stop services, stop applications and he is very unprofessional. I was just granted a 2,650 credit after paying off numerous items. Last night right before closing my husband and I called to start a new contract we talked to Carlos who was the one who told us about the 2650 credit. We were then was told I need to come back the next day which was today. I called to confirm and talked to Carlos whom we talked to the day prior. Antonio transfered us to Carlos who then said I can't get a new contract and didn't even have a reason why. I've tried for years to compromise with. Ive hard earned money giving the benefit of the doubt yet I wouldnt give them the tine of the day between the customer service, lack of respect i definitelyam giving them zero stars fkr the second time.
