Love the Sherwin Williams paint and the service provided by Ron- Sales Associate at the Redford, MI location. After the website gave me difficulties finalizing my order, Ron graciously gathered all the items that I needed and had it ready upon arrival. Perfect timing to receive a great price for all the items needed for a kitchen cabinet color change! Thank you! I’ll certainly be back for the next project.

It's literally 3:55 sign says close at 4. Why advertise the time I'd you don't want to be here. Literally looks like they been gone for 30mins. Pissed

Update: I will raise my rating since my negative experience was not necessarily due to an interaction with any employee but rather an oversight on the hours of operation.

The guys at the Grandriver Redford Mi. location were knowledgeable and helpful the store was clean, and they also carried my purchase to my car.

The employees here are always so nice when I come in! I go out of my way to go to this location whenever I need paint. If they don't have something in stock, they call around and lead me to the right place. I met Josh 10/30/21 and he handled 2 difficult customers with grace and patience while I was there.

Good customer service, however the cost of anything here is $$ to $$$ the amount more costly than if you went to Home Depot, Ace or Menards. I get it's a small owned store, however if they can't keep with competition prices they will loose customers and people will return the item they found for $10 or more less elsewhere that they charge an arm and leg here for.
