they mail man refuses to deliver mail. they refuse to do anything until you call the 800 number then say why didn't you call us. all they do are sticking up for each other and allow them to commit felonies by NOT delivering mail and not giving notice it's about time someone go after them.

Lazy workers. Refusing packages. Aren't kind. Very slow. No regard for customers. It's the worst post office I have ever been to. If I could give it no stars and a negative 10 I would.

This entire stuff is rude and disgusting! I walked up to a window of a bitter old women which I Greeted her Hello and this is her Job(didn't say hi back ). However I tried to get my mail because my mail man decideds to deliver my mail when HE WANTS. The lady went to the back with a attitude, left me at her glass window for 25 min to come out with nothing telling me to talk to her manager which I talk to before coming to the establishment. Overall I've never had such a bad experience with a P.O. I just want my mail. Not sure what the Attitude

This is truly a sorry group of people. This didn't just start because of the pandemic. I've had 2 unemployment checks lost in the mail. One they had to do an investigation on, the other was delivered to my next door neighbor, who knew they had it and held on to it for a month. And had other mail lost for 3 weeks. These post master act as if I done something wrong. Right now, I haven't received any mail since Tuesday June 15,2021. I look on my security cameras and mail trucks pass my house all day, but none stop. But what they don't realize everyone you are not delivering mail to, is taking care of business without postal service. I've gone paperless!! I can also pay bills by phone!!Once everyone catches on, none of you bastards will have a job. The only mess they deliver is junk that goes straight to the garbage anyway. You'll be carrying signs at McDonald's begging for $15 an hour. Do you! I don't need postal service anymore. We'll be removing our mail box.

Like the other i haven't gotten my mail either. its been over a week and i haven't gotten anything. i get the daily digest so i know whats coming and there's been mail showing on there literally every day. I've been trying to call the gd post office and it just rings or rings and goes to dial tone. this is ridiculous. they delver things late, say they attempted to deliver packages and KNOCKED ON THE DOOR, were home all the time and i can assure you, they don't ever knock. Ever.

Wheres my mail ! Live on Columbia Street and we get no mail ! I have credit card bills to pay! If my credit score goes down because I didn't get mail I'll suevthe post office! I need answers !

Worst Post Office ever. A kiosk that is perpetually out of order forces you to wait in a 20- to 30-minute line. The lethargic inner city women staffing the windows seem to either be asleep or preoccupied with their personal conversations with each other. When you finally get to the window, prepare yourself to be targeted for their racist hostility, if you're white. Loose corner on your envelope? They'll tell you it can't be mailed without a 2 inch extra piece of tape holding it down. You look at the huge tape dispenser by her hand and ask if she will just put a piece on. She refuses and tells you to go home and do the package over, or she charges you an additional $3.45 for a 2" piece of tape (on top of the regular postage). Have a hand-written address on your envelope? She'll tell you to go home and do it over again, even though all she has to do is enter the address, print the label, and smack it on the envelope. Passive aggressive hostility is the norm here, and don't even get me started on their inability to process mail, direct it to the right house, update tracking or anything else they're supposed to do.

10,000 times better than any post office in the area. They are fast, efficient, and helpful. Credit card fee for purchases under $10 is annoying but still way worth it.

Terrible service. The lady on my route is without a doubt the laziest woman I have ever encountered. Besides her laziness she is RUDE. She expects respect when she doesn't do anything to deserve it. She delivers the mail when she feels like it and makes excuses when she doesn't. The branch manager is useless too. My brother works as a postal worker and has knowledge about the policies. He says no matter what the mail has to be delivered. I complained to the manager my three brothers have complianed and got nothing accomplished except our service got worse. I complained to Washington. I'm disappointed I pay taxes for mail service which I don't receive half the time. Any mail being delivered to my home is important no different than every other red blooded american. We pay for a service we expect to get. Why should the postal workers at Redford get a paycheck when they neglect to do their job. Please get it together. Redford Branch is making USPS look ridiculous nation wide.
