The worse service I ever been to I wish didn't have to go there but I was force to go there my porch being redone by redford township I called them the supervisor got upset with me thinking I was yelling at her which I wasn't I was talking to my which wasn't listening I explained to her she got offended.for what I was saying on the phone also when I went there and stood in line they called me up I show up I asked for pen she told here a pen you needed to step over here fill it out have line and I can't wait again the worse ever postoffice

They got me out super quick, employees were professional, quick and friendly. Lobby is 24 hours with a ton of PO Boxes and a do it yourself machine. Highly reccomend this location.

... when did litering become legal, almost all of your workers litter near there trucks. Back too looking like a dumping ground. They still need to take care of the sewage lake at the end of the drive. A simple drain needs to be installed.

I made an appointment and they couldn't find my appointment. Website says they take passport walk-ins and was told they do not. Wasted my time. Now it's too late in the day to try another post office.
Very rude, unhelpful and slow staff.

Mail Delivery is always late and incorrect...my neighbors mail is in my mailbox and my mail in their mailbox. Can't trust the mail services even with the mail Delivery Notification. Mail is still incorrect on a daily basis..who is hiring the mail carrier? Why is my important mail incorrectly delivered to other address 😑 I hope Donald Trump reconstruct the mail services asap! No wonder Donald Trump wanted to defund the United States postal services.

As usual, there was only one window open, with a line. The postal clerk was friendly, kind and helpful, so I couldn't really be mad about the wait. Once I got to the window, I was in and out.

I walked into the post office there's five people in line ahead of me and two of the people said that they've been standing here for over a half an hour there is one person at the window but you got four people standing around just talking.
Customer service at this location is terrible

Most Atrocious customer service I have ever seen in my entire life so rude so unprofessional so useless if you want to waste your time and be treated like garbage and be taken advantage of come here absolutely disgusting and filthy the “agent” for the passport went on a 2 hour break and made us wait telling us 10 more minutes each time just because they can. It’s so sad how they really do be hiring just about anyway that takes below the bare minimum wage and they take their misery out on you do not come here especially if it’s for the passport awful most heinous customer survive who ever is hiring needs to be fired as well I don’t know how this place is still running no wonder it’s so empty save your precious time

The ABSOLUTE WORST when it comes to passport Appointments. They do not make their customers aware the camera is broken prior to their appointment. Once you get there , there is a long line with everyone mailing packages there is no designated line for passports. I ended up having to reschedule my appointment due to me not being able to take my photo. The day of my next appointment I get a call an hour before that it is canceled because the employee over seeing passports called off. I try to reschedule over the phone with the supervisor and she tells me I have to get back online and redo my appointment. No help at all !

I set a passport appointment 30 days in advance, only for them to call me less than 24hrs to tell me the photoservice was broke. Then told us to go to CVS and take pictures. I did that. Then they turned around and told us the pictures weren't good enough. We had to take different pictures. This whole process was ridiculous and a waste of time and Money. The whole point of me making an appointment 30 days in advance, so there was no room for error. Someone higher up need to look into this, you shouldn't be able to book an appointment if equipment isn't working, then to send us somewhere else to only have to come back was unacceptable. Next time I'll pick a better post office. This one is for the pits.

Most rude and incompetent post office! Employees are incredibly slow and have zero skills or customer service skills. No other post office treats customers this way. Don’t go here!
