Got my last two oil changes here and it has been a good experience so far.Firstly my car is european so saving money and time by not going to the dealer has been a life saver. Actually, the dealership overfilled my oil the last time I was there, and the Valvoline team found the issue, made me aware of it, and educated me on the type and recommended amount of oil needed for my vehicle.The service was good and they always send me coupons and little deals. I bring my own filter that always saves a few bucks. They move as fast as can be and are very thorough. Definitely would recommend, now am bringing all of my vehicles here both domestic and foreign.

Recently, I have been getting my oil changes done here, and I plan to continue. The customer service is the best in the area and in comparison to other areas. I truly appreciate it as it is not common to get good customer service anywhere in America anymore. It’s refreshing and much appreciated! Thorough job done and fair prices too! They were a little pricey, however, she matched my regular price I usually get when I get an oil change. They checked everything and she was so professional and very nice. Also Really Fast!!! I would recommend this place to EVERYONE!!!! YOU HAVE TO GO HERE!!!!!

It's 3:30 in the afternoon why do I have to wait for two and a half hours for literally three cars because they want to talk to every single person that they see about everything besides changing oil I swear this is the worst Valvoline to go to and they make so many excuses and then they want to send you up the street to the Dearborn heights location after you sat here for over 2 hours.. the supervisor is lazy she acts like she does not want to help the other crew members like she is the only one that can work the computer... When she needs to help her team mate.

Valvoline has a clean shop, reasonably quick service, pleasant workers in my experience. The prices are bit high, however, I have had luck getting some coupons online to make it more reasonable to avoid the inflated prices.

On 6/21/23 I came in for an oil change @ 8227 Telegraph road. The two young technicians joked around too much, we’re unaware of how to process my transactions & horseplay included doing push ups. (one had short dreads, one brown skin, one dark skin) They blamed each other when I questioned what was the hold up. I was told I was done & handed me my invoice, so I started my car, the man told me to turn it off kinda rude like I had done something wrong. At this point I’m confused. My daughter & I continued to wait (it was 90 degrees by the way) & wait. My oil change took an hr because of poor communication between the technicians. The manager Brandy never stepped in to help move things along. I pass a few oil shops to come here & it’s because of the great service I had received prior. I was very upset & won’t return here.Service: Oil change
