Very disappointed with service manager. Text at 4 on Friday to see if I get vehicle sat, couldn't find it in him to return text by 6. Sat I got over there just 1 salesman, Jeff Babb tried very hard to keep me happy and find a solution. It's 93 Monday still no text or call with a balance . I love Ford but fox in Reed city I can do without

They just did a fraud service with me they told me that I need a fuse box inside on the passenger side I just pull two blown fuse to run me high light and left and right turning light I would not recommend no one to them ??????????????????????????????

Found out I had a bad battery, Babb replaced the battery with no problem, and it was done fast. Only problem was my battery was still under warranty and at first their was a charge but the service guy took control and replaced it for no charge, great place.

We had a lot of work done on a Ford 350 basically 5000$. Work got done in a week. Good time frame for everything they did. Jake was our representative, he was great to work with. Mechanics were friendly too. Jake was informative and kept us up to date on new problems and parts coming in. Also he asked what work we wanted done and wasn't pushy. We said yes to it all still but it was good to have them not trying to make us do anything. Overall great experience. Oh and they washed our truck too for free.

Great consumer convenient and courteous service for my Ford Expedition once again from Babb Ford in Reed City, MI. The rewards I had built up from past expenditures paid for my 90000 mile oil change and system inspection. Great job! You have earned my 5 stars.

Jake and Jay, Service Managers there at Babb Ford in Teed City, MI got me scheduled right away for an electrical problem on my 2019 Ford F250, when other dealerships couldn't get me scheduled for weeks. Matt, the Service Technician found the rear electrical harness problem and had me back on the road the next day. I was thankful that Babb Ford's Service Dept got me in so quickly because I was driving around with no rear tailights or brake lights. I appreciate their commitment to service and everyone I came into contact with at Babb Ford was extremely courteous, professional, and personable. Thanks and appreciate it. Terrible service department. \"Forgot\" to repair my vehicle when I took it in for a recall. Paid them to look over a used van I bought before I started using it. Somehow missed the rotted frame and dangerously defective control arms. Not sure what I paid for, but they really didn't inspect the van. Drove all the way to California and back with a driveshaft that could have come apart (ford recall).
