Tellers are rude, slow and make you show ID to make a payment, even when you have the coupon. We are pulling our money and so is my mother, due to poor treatment and ridiculous nosiness of bank personnel. Can not wait to be done with this bank. Worst service ever.

I’ve making monthly payments into my parents mortgage accounts for over 7 months, today they had to put my credit card information (number, expo, etc) in their system in order to allow them to take money off my debit card. I’m appalled, I will never allow them to do that again. Be vigilant, watch your accounts and your information privacy.

They have all been so very helpful and hospitable, at this location especially. Huntington was my first bank, I've been with them since 2017 I'll never change I love banking with them.

Tellers are polite an helpful. But if you need to find out why something wasn't done.. you have to call , explain then be transferred then explain, then be told sorry I can't see any of that, then transferred, then explain again. I will never give cash to this bank again. I made a house payment in another state it sat there pending for several weeks incurred a late fee. I had to call for them to fix it. Now I've given them cash for principle payment only and it never got applied. Now I'm on the phone trying find out why. See above to , transferred, not my dept. Thankfully I finally found someone to go look and seek out the reason.. so tired of this bank ..Watch your loan accounts..
