I had the pleasure of working with Stacy from the Reed City office. I called prior to going in office. She helped me over the phone and again when I came in to finalize a couple more things. She is professional. She helped me understand everything I needed. I will definitely use this branch over any other branchs. She went above and beyond for me. Keep up the amazing work Stacy!!

Customer service at this Michigan Works in Reed City is extremely rude and Lazy. I suggest going to big rapids Michigan works as staff is more friendly and more than willing to help and assist.

I am a 100% disabled veteran. My wife has been a stay at home mom for 10+ years. She wants to enter the workforce. I brought her here to speak to their Vet rep. It is a vet reps job to assist veterans and spouses. These two knuckleheads questioned me being a veteran, talked to me not my wife, talked down to her, Said they dont help spouses. My wife was in tears getting embarassed by these two. Stacy at reception made it a bit better after. But those two vet reps dont deserve their job.
