I've spent 45 minutes on hold at 8:15 am . The so called doctors don't have a good bed side matter. When you're in severe pain they expect you to go through therapy without knowing what is going on or without pain medication. Doctors these days are only looking out for themselves. They don't want to give out medication that are actually needed.

Reed City family practice is great hardly a waite and Andria Carter is a hoot and willing to listen love her and the medical assistant she has great gals!

It's hard to find a doctor that's not only good, but has a good bedside manner. Doctor Phu has been helping me for about 8 years now and has helped me with several issues. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things to me, which I really appreciate. I feel like he genuinely cares about my health, rather than the most profitable option.

If I could go lower I would I have been waiting for about 45 minutes while the staff is sitting and laughing in another room that I can hear threw the wall I haven't even seen the FNP yet I would have had better luck with a same day at my doctor's office. All their doing is wasting my time when I already feel terrible but so glad they can sit their and run their mouth. The FNP seems to be the only one to do any thing and the doc came in.

This is a difficult rating. I love my dr, Casey Green is wonderful. The rest of her staff, at least those I have encountered, however is very rude. I was in the er 2 days in a row and found I have a very painful hemorrhagic cyst on my ovary. The er sent me home with pain meds for a couple days and told me to have the obgyn prescribe more to get me to my actual appt. Obgyn said no, understandably, because they hadnt seen me before so they instructed me to call my GP for the meds. Now I am NOT med person, and my GP knows that. However she was out of the office and the nurse very rudely told me that no one will prescribe me pain meds for the weekend but that she would pass along the message. Yeah sure she would.....I suffered all weekend, monday comes along and a very rude nurse again calls to tell me the PA says talk to obgyn about it. My appt is today and I told that nurse...oh I plan to...and hung up. I will be switching drs as soon as posible.

I visited their Urgent Care facility on Thursday, April 1st, in need of a couple stitches in my hand. Riley at the front desk, was fantastic, so thorough and prompt. Once checked in, my time in the waiting room, was all of 5 minutes :)Arriving in the patient’s room, nurse Sandy, and Physician’s Assistant, Becca, were just great. So professional and personable. Got my couple stitches and was on my way in 20 minutes.If I could give this crew and facility 6 stars, I sure would.

Despite the hours listed they close at 5pm. They are trying to update the website but have not yet resulting in me and my sick daughter driving 30 minutes to be told they are closed.

My husband had a severe ear ache so we drove the 50 miles to go to Spectrum as they have all his medical records. We are much closer to Big Rapids, but they are only open during the week. It was worth the drive. Staff was quick to get us in and out as well as call in his prescription. We could not have asked for better care!

Receptionist, nurse & doctor were all friendly & compassionate. They were organized & efficient. Probably the quickest I’ve ever been in & out of a walk-in clinic.
