I’ve been a loyal customer at Beacon & Bridge in Reese, Michigan for well over 20 years. Unfortunately, after a recent experience, I will never return — not even in an emergency. The assistant manager’s attitude was incredibly rude and unwelcoming. When I simply asked about a specific type of beer, I was met with visible irritation, as if I was bothering her.
Even more concerning was seeing her handle the food in the warmer. Her overall appearance and hygiene were off-putting, and it made me question the cleanliness and safety of the food being served.
It’s disappointing to see such a decline in customer service at a place I’ve trusted for decades. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

I'm an Amazon driver. Restrooms are few and far between. So when I stop there at 7 pm to fill my tank and I'm told I am not allowed to use the restroom because she
closed it down for the night. Imagine my anger because I am in desperate need.
Will be reporting to corporate office.

Great location for a place like this! When I was here recently, they had hot food out that wasn't hard or stale and, those that were working, were very friendly and helpful!

Convenient location. Easy to get in and out of. Clean store and restrooms. ATM a lot of gas pumps so little wait speedy service. They sell alcohol. They also have air and propane exchange.
