I was in for an oil change and brake check. Brakes needed to be replaced and they fit me in that same day. I wasn't able to pick the truck up when it was finished so Dennis in service arranged for it to be dropped off at my house. I greatly appreciated his willingness to accommodate my situation.

I trust the service team at the dealership, especially Dave Nadolny, who has worked on my vehicle many times. They go above and beyond to ensure that I have a loaner while my vehicle is being worked on. I drive out of my way to have my Buick serviced here because of the trust I have in the team.

Purchased a silverado (4yrs old) for $35k. Sale itself was pleasant. Staff was pleasant. Immediately after signing the papers, they handed me the key. I asked about the second key and was informed that this truck only has one. This instantly left a bad taste in my mouth. Their only solution was the quote me ~$500 for new keys....and acted like I didn't just buy a $35k truck <5min prior. It sounds simple but it really diminished my experience. How much would it have cost them to just comp a key?

Service center is always great here, staff is polite and knowledgeable, never pushy with add-on services while still letting you know what's needed for routine maintenance. Fair prices, and often have deals and coupons. The only place I'll get my oil changed.

Cody was extremely helpful and competent. I especially appreciated the ability to handle most of the needed administrative tasks related to the purchase either online or over the phone as I lived quite a bit away from the dealership location. The whole process went very smoothly and Cody was able to manage the few bumps that came up.

These folks are awesome! Yes, they're out in the boonies, but you think you're going to get a great deal where the foot traffic is heavy and cars are rolling out as fast as they come in?We had a hard time finding the specific model car we were looking for. Everybody in town was almost literally spamming us with offers to "bring one in" from far out of state if we just let them run a credit application and put some money down first. Yeah, no.Then we found one at Burt Watson, and meeting Darryl and the team was like a breath of fresh air. We were bracing for the typical hard-sell dealership experience, but after we took a short test drive, he buckled right down, looked at what we were trying to accomplish, and made it happen. No fuss, no back-and-forth, no magic add-on mystery costs. In fact it was so smooth and such an unexpected good deal, we were quite happy to look at -and buy- the extended coverage options with their financing manager, who brought his A-game as well. Between the two of them, the process was smooth as butter. Little wheeling, little dealing, and BAM, the exact car we wanted, under our butts.You just don't get that kind of experience easily anymore, especially in the current state of the economy, so if you're looking for the right time to trade in and trade up, go talk to the Burt Watson folks. They're certainly going to be our go-to people for any vehicle purchases from now-on!
