I am writing a review on behalf of my elderly mother. While they always deliver in a timely manner, the driver does not leave the slip on the door like they used to. He leaves it under the lid. We have requested that it be left at the door because come winter time she doesn't want to have to try to get to her tank in the snow, it is just unsafe for her. I have contacted customer service and nothing has changed. She has also had a driver go through her yard leaving dredges in the yard instead of backing into the driveway. That happened in early spring when the ground was really soft.

I called for a propane full during our long outage from the ice storm in Gaylord. Our roads which are private were in terrible shape, but the delivery driver made it through. I was so surprised as we're my neighbours. We were so thankful and relieved, as we were running on generators for 2 weeks. Thank you Ferrillgas!!

I ordered a half tank on my last order. The automated system was a bit cumbersome, but I got the confirmation, and the price was as expected. $1000. Then I got the bill, and they completely filled the tank. New bill $2000. I hadn't budgeted for that. Now it's a game of catch up. I'm not real thrilled as this economy is tough enough without having to deal with extra expenses that could've been avoided, if people paid attention. I'm building a new home next year and this incident brings into serious doubt who my gas supplier will be.

I would not ever do business with this company again. Their customer service is by far the WORST, no one listens, and you are unable to take it with the local office

If I could give 0 stars I would..they let my 79 yr old mothers tank empty,even though she was a 20+yr customer on auto fill...$30,000+ damage to her home due to frozen pipes..our cabin is ruined..Thanks for not having any sympathy or taking responsibility for your negligence...!!! And go pick up your 30 year old tank you denied replacement of..getting new company!!!

I signed up as a new customer in the fall. They suggested placing the new tank next to the old to expedite hookup when the old tank is down to the required 5%. I have pairs for a complete fill on my new tank. I called yesterday to let them know that my old tank was low enough to hook up the new tank. I received a call saying that they won't be out to hook up the new tank for 6 days. Sure doesnt seem very expedited. Now I have been waiting 3.5 hours for a call back from the manager to discuss. Unhappy.
