It was better than washing at home have 3 great pyrnees that hate baths so I got three pkgs of treats and they expired over 2 years ago…don’t waste your money. Cost me about $50 and wasted treats for all 3.

I used the automatic wash $13 and I still have debris on my vehicle. I would only use coins in the self wash bays. I called the number to report that the automatic wash was worthless for that price and the number is not in service.

Used the auto wash paid for it an it never turned on. Car that pulled in behind me got my wash so I paid $10 for a wash and got ripped for my damn money. An the number doesn't work to call for a refund. Trash company.

I go here because of the hot water and the pressure takes a lot of unwanted crud off my car. I go there today and swipe my card, it automatically rings it up to 10 minutes, I rinsed down my car and my fiances van, I hit the button to stop charging my credit card, and it wouldn't stop no matter how much I hit or held the button down, so figured if it wouldn't stop, nobody was there to correct the problem, figured if it's charging my card uncontrollably from 6 1/2 minutes, I might as well use the rest, and sure enough, it charged 10$ on my card when it says $1.50 to start, only planned on spending 2-3$ to get the bird poop off my drop top and window.

Use the automated wash and my tail light cover fell off during the wash. I live an hour away and no working phone number for this business. Just want to know if my part is still there in one piece before driving back. And what is your policy on damage done during the wash?
