Your website didn't say that the Senior Discount Days at the first of the month have been discontinued, so I wasn't able to afford all I wanted to buy because I couldn't get the discount.

Hours are listed and employees say hours are until 9pm. That means the business is open for customers until THAT TIME. No job ive ever worked at closed before listed times. Ive ran into many issues here and this was the last one. Ill be going elsewhere.

This Rite Aid was so nice. Cleanest store I have ever been in. Friendliest people I've ever met, including customers. This was a little cut out of heaven. Thank you for giving me hope for the world. Plus I received everything that I went there for and drove back to Oscoda.

Was just at St. Helen store to purchase items. Hand sanitizer price 1.99 rang up 2.19 so I said to cashier it's 1.99. Did not care to give me the right price.

Normally this rite aid pharmacy is better than most rite aids but I went to fill a script for Tylenol 3 after getting a tooth pulled. I am also taking Suboxone. My dentist knew I was on Suboxone and explained that the T3 would work for pain but not to it's full effect if I took my Suboxone. I explained I had stop taking my Suboxone 3 days before so the pain meds would work. Well Syed the pharmacist called my sub doctor and I explained the same to him and he told me to take the T3 and discontinue Suboxone until I was done with the T3. Well then Syed called the dentist and told her I was taking Suboxone, which I wasn't and he would've known that if he had asked me. So here I am with a horrible tooth ache with no Tylenol or Suboxone. I feel like I was treated unfairly and judged for being on Suboxone. I thought it was absolutely horrible that he went behind my back and talked to my doctor rather than me. I had my script refills and patient profile transferred to a different pharmacy. Because he didn't get the response he wanted from one doctor he called the other and lied by saying I was still taking my subs. So I will take my business to a pharmacy that doesn't judge people for the medication they take.

Went there one month ago for my flu shot from the pharmacist. Today i here from a friend that they were closed because a pharmacist had covid. I called to see and they told me it was no ones business! I feel it is everyones business to know if they were possibly infected by someone. I will never step foot in there again.

I will stop going to this location. While most of the employees are kind and helpful, the woman in the pharmacy is not. My biggest complaint is that NOBODY in the pharmacy area wears a mask properly or at ALL. This has been all through the pandemic. They do not enforce the wearing of masks, and one pharmacist SNEEZED all over my license when I handed it to him! The barrier they have up may help protect, but does not prevent droplet spread. Either the employees are misinformed or dishonest. Each time I´ve asked why they aren´t enforcing the mandate (especially when so many at-risk, elderly patrons come there), they say they are not allowed. This is untrue-not only are they allowed, they are required. HIPAA laws do not apply to this situation AT ALL. All customers should feel safe going there. Maybe they haven´t lost anyone to Covid...yet...and if they do (God forbid), they may change their approach on enforcing what is best for all- their staff and their customers.

The lady at the register was incredibly rude. I won’t be back to this store again!
