We just purchased a Yamaha Wolverine RMax4. John was very thorough in explaining all the different levels of the side by sides which helped us to decide which one was best for us. Tom went over the necessary service of the ORV and Sofia walked us through the final paperwork with ease and clarity. We were very pleased with the overall buying experience.

I highly recommend this business for all your repair needs. Very polite and helpful. Excellent work on my snowmobile. I'm very OCD and I could not find anything to pick apart. Nice job guy's.?

I was up there last weekend snowmobiling when I lost my heated cord to my face shield. They were sold out. But the guy at the parts counter had a piece of one that would get me back up and working. I tried to buy it but he said its not complete so he just gave it to me. Thanks again for all your help. Ride safe.

Was up here the weekend of 1-6-24,and my dad's razor was messing up. The general manager John and his team went above and beyond as far as helping diagnose and even went as far as letting us use their showroom floor to work on my dads razor so we didn't work in the cold and snow. 10 out of 10 best dealership we've ever been to. Will definitely be a returning customer for any and everything power sports related

As per Kevin’s review we also got bilked, took in a 2014 Razor 1000 XP ES in March of 2023 wasn’t starting right! Plenty of time for our grandchildren to have fun on memorial vacation. Only has 5,000 miles on machine. If that.Informed it would take a couple of weeks for repair, figured we’d have it back by memorial weekend, as time went on forth of July passed, getting closer to Labor Day called and were told about the same story about the girl not ordering parts and got fired. HmmFinally St Helen’s sports told us they had to get special tools after Labor Day of 2023 and we could pick it up following week. Informed bill was $1200.00 at that time! BUT when we picked up the machine the bill was over $2500.00. Should have refused the bill to get it lowered just thought it was fixed. The machine started up we got it on the trailer brought it home to the same issue we took it in for. Wouldn’t start and couldn’t get it off the trailer. So there you have it same story and no fix. Let alone out $2500. :(So we called St Helen and told to bring it back BUT not paying another $2500.So there you have it my first ever writing a review!

If you are considering doing business with this company this is worth the read. I have a 2021 Polaris North Star that I brought to them in the beginning of June 2023. I’d been having belt issues and I was very disappointed with the last time I brought my UTV to Steven’s in Midland, so I was looking for a new dealership. I called before I brought them my UTV to see how long it might be before they could get to it. They told me probably a week but 2 weeks at the most. I brought it to them and explained the issue. I also gave them a letter from Polaris, a recall for the foot pedal. I explained that I wanted to get the recall taken care of while it was in there. The girl told me know problem. They diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate. The cost was $1,600. They told me it would be a few days for the parts and they should be able to get to it in about a week. I told them to proceed with the repairs. I reminded them about the foot pedal recall. Again, I was told no problem. THREE FRICKIN MONTHS LATER, I finally get a call that it is complete. Within that three months I kept calling periodically asking when it might be ready and was told every time that they were waiting on parts. Every time I would call I would also remind them about the foot pedal. One of the times, the service guy asked me to email him the Polaris recall letter which I promptly did. Every time I reminded them about the foot pedal they told me “no problem”.Finally the last time I called I was told their girl, who was responsible for ordering parts, had been fired because she was lying to the customers telling them the parts were on backorder. Evidently the parts had been there all along. They finally fixed my UTV about 2 weeks later. When I got the call that it was ready, I reminded them again about the foot pedal recall. That’s when they told me we are not a Polaris dealer therefore we cannot fix the foot pedal. I was furious! Now I have to take it to another dealership to have that fixed. I would never had brought it to them if I had known. When I arrived at the dealership, they brought out a bill for the work which was just over $2,600.00. I refused to pay. They ended up reducing it to $1,800 which at that point I paid because I just wanted to be done with these idiots and get my Ranger back. So to recap, they quoted me $1,600, kept my UTV for over 3 months and then charged me more than what they quoted me. And here is the kicker, because they stored my Ranger outside for 3 months in the hot summer sun, I had to get all new tires because they dry rotted. About a week after I brought the Ranger home, I started getting flats. Found all four tires were sun damaged.I’ve had some really bad experiences with dealerships, but this was the absolute worst service I have ever experienced. I don’t expect them to be in business for long. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague.

Just sold my SXS on consignment thru Saint Helen Powersports. They did a very professional job on pricing and advertising. I received a check for the negotiated price one day after the SXS was sold. John gave me updates throughly the selling process. Based on my experience I would strongly recommend using Saint Helen Powersports to sell your equipment.

Saint Helen powersports have a new owner. There's service department is less than adequate and they're very outpriced. I never had a problem with the old owner they did great work. I bought equipment from them boat trailers and I always seem to get a great deal. I took my ATV in for annual service like I normally do each year and they also put a new windshine. Well, I never got the old winch back which tells me possibly it wasn't as bad as I thought. And also the hook in front is they just tied on. Along with the same time, they were putting new radiator flush and put the radiator cap on wtong. now it's leaking and it bent the rim on the nose of the cap. Good Luck all this was $1,500 and 4 weeks.

St. Helen Power Sports took such great care of us! We had a little snafu, and they went above and beyond to make it up to us, and went out of their way to make sure our boys felt really special which meant the world to me!

Update: I have finally been in contact with the owner who has stepped up and is assisting in resolving this matter. Currently I have faith this will be resolved soon and once resolved will post further updates. He is working with us and the credit union on resolving the payoff matter.St Helen Power Sports - New OwnershipWe put our SXS on consignment with this company in town back in July. Our SXS was sold, Power Sports NEVER Paid off the loan on this and our credit union called us looking for payment today. This should have been paid off weeks ago by ST Helen Power Sports (they state it was paid off and provided the check # and they are resolving, we are working with them and the credit union now to resolve). We were supposed to received our portion of the monies by 8/30/23 and it is now 9/13 (We are told our money is being overnighted to us).
