While it was nice to get a reply, the reply did not address any of the problems I had with Bill Pay or Advia. No responsibility was taken, for the hours I spent trying to correct the problem, nothing about fixing the "we're going to try to charge you a fee for something you didn't do", & lastly told me to go to my lein holders and get a direct withdrawal. YES, thank you, I already figured that out. Advia-stand up for your customers. maybe even back up your services. I have been with your Credit Union for 42+ years and was very disappointed in the response I got. If that was the best you could do, you should have skipped it.

I've used advia for years. For many years I would make sure to always travel to the Richland site due to the amazing service. However since this new branch manager has taken over it has gotten worse and worse. I went in a few weeks ago and requested a currency exchange for an upcoming trip. I asked the older lady, maybe Holly, if I got the exchange through them if they could exchange it back. She said that she didn't know how to do it but was sure they could. Today I went in to do that exact thing. She wouldn't make eye contact with me but said she never told me that. She is a grown woman and should know to admit when she is wrong. If she told me the wrong thing she should have apologized and stated that. Instead she and this young, very novice manager put the blame on me. I'm closer as many accounts as I can with them. This branch has gone down his and its so sad I actually allowed them to handle my money. However here I am, lesson learned. I'd rather work with bank then Advia.

I used to be in and out with my bank deposits every day. Now it takes a minimum of 20-30 minutes even when I’m the only one there. I never recognize anyone and it seems there is always an issue with the check scanner or computer problem. Very frustrating. I drive out of my way to use other branches.

Not just any financial institution. Real people helping members with their financial needs. Advia looks beyond dollar signs and numbers… they see people living together in community. When something goes wrong I can TRUST that Advia will not only help make it right, but they will have my well-being in mind while doing it. While in the hospital my account had extra charges and the branch manager told me not to worry and reversed the charges and wished me health and recovery. Wow, that is AMAZING! The only complaint I have is that I didn’t join Advia sooner than I did. Thank you Advia of Richland!

This Credit Union is the best decision a person could make. Overall astounding atmosphere. They really care about the people they are doing business with. Every time I go in there I feel like they are family.

Had a vehicle loan through Advia. We had to open an account with them to pay the truck payment. Once the truck was paid off we thought nothing of it. However they later started tacking on "inactive fees" on that account - that I never wanted in the 1st place. Guaranteed they will never get my business again.

People are rude and is supposed to be a co op credit union but they won't let you do any transactions if your not a advia member all I wanted was 50 1s and they told me they can't make change unless I was a advia member I will never do any business with them or anyone using them!!!

I've been with Advia for 39 years. I'm leaving. Ever since First Community Federal CU was bought out by Advia it's been all downhill. I've now been on hold for 20 min. trying to access bill pay on my account. I can do EVERYTHING except bill pay. I WAS able to access it until today. Suddenly my browser is no longer compatible with their bill pay. I have NEVER been able to access any history on their bill pay since they instituted it. I didn't realize how odd this was until I opened an account at another CU and had actual FULL SERVICE online. I can pull up a vendor and see my complete payment history for whatever time frame I desire AND see all scheduled payments. Can't do that with Advia. Add to that, whenever I call with a problem it's always MY fault. They have to be forced to admit when they screwed up (and they have, many times). Well, today I am done. As soon as I can I am going in and closing my account and moving to another credit union. 39 years of a personal account and over 15 with a business account and I'm not the least bit important to them. BTW, I have now been on hold for 25 min.....

ATM is the dirtiest in Kalamazoo county. I have asked the staff to request that the company that handles the ATM clean the screen and the key pad to no avail. Buttons on the keyboard our covered in grim. You would think somebody would clean it once a week, but it looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. Bring your own wet wipes.
