Not a lot of stores to choose from in this area. I was really bummed out that I couldn’t get something small that I needed because of too much merchandise sitting out on the floor. What kind of fire marshal shuts down a store in a town with 10people for that reason? Apparently, there’s not much going on in Richland for them to do.

The store in Richland, Michigan is an absolute mess. I've tried going there 3 times in the past 2 weeks and they are CLOSED. 3:00 in the afternoon and they are closed. This store just continues to go downhill.

Cashier was very rude tonight, usually have a good experience. I guess a lot of people left the line because of a hold up due to something at the register, heard her loudly complain to someone about the customers that left. When I got to the register she was cold and didn't greet or talk to me. I wasn't in a hurry so unsure why she treated me so rudely due to others.

This store has the most wonderful staff! Every employee I’ve experienced has been kind, warm, helpful and professional. They truly care about their customers and their store. It’s a delight to go to this store because of the great people who work here! Refreshing!

The last hour before closing the staff are incredibly rudeI ran in to get some milk for my daughter after my shift at work and was told I need to get out quickly in a loud angry voice. Customer service skills lack heavily. Will be going out of my way to spend my money elsewhere.
