WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Do NOT Trust this Company with your business ESPECIALLY if you have kids!!! They WILL let you down and DO NOT even TRY to work with their customers!!! They LIE when they say they DO! We've been with them since moving here approx 7 yrs ago...EVEN after they removed us from their "Ready Fill" program for 1 late payment we stayed with them...We've been COD since so we call them and they charge us on delivery or WHEN we call whatever...WE called them on March 4 and they said they had a driver in the area and would take care of us and email us the receipt WHICH we thought they had done....until we RAN OUT of fuel last night (March 24)!!! So when we call thinking they'll fix they're Screw up THEY DENY WE EVER CALLED and expect US to pay not ONLY an "Out of Route Fee" but ALSO a "Pressure Test/Leakage Fee" because THEY dropped the ball and won't admit it. SMH This Company doesn't even deserve 1 star!!! Look at the other neg reviews...They're only good for excuses!!!

I switched from Ferrell gas because it was nothing but horrible experiences I'm so excited for the new journey with S&F the customer service was so amazing the assurance of working with me and explaining things was beyond amazing and no more waiting 4 to 5 weeks for a delivery from Ferrell if you are hating your gas company I highly recommend going to richland and getting some insights on their company we are also going to switch our personal home to them as well thank you for being amazing!!

Shoot out to the super awsome team at S&F propane for keeping my heat on all winter long. Don't even have to think about it or check the levels. These guys come out and check/ top off the tank as needed. One less thing for me to have to worry about. Great people and great business!

Amazing service! My previous propane supplier let me run out when I was on auto refill and then left me without fuel for days. Adam came out and switched tanks promptly and was very friendly. Thank you S & F Propane for saving the day.

S & F is great to work with. Highly recommend. Their driver is always kind & office staff is nice as well.We did have a hiccup in the beginning when we moved into our home (first time owning propane tank) & called to preschedule in the summer, but somehow we were forgotten. When I called back to get them out during the fall as we were almost out of propane, they came next day to make sure we did not run out of propane.Thanks S & F for the great service.Acct#: 5347

They're always timely in filling up my tank, and friendly on the phone. One thing I'd suggest is making a payment portal online, and email invoicing, because sometimes people are on vacation for a longer time in winter and they may not receive the paper invoice on the door. #479
