I rarely get or send mail that isn't a bill. Those arrive like clockwork however when my parents send me something by the 3 day priority shipping it's expected to arrive at the SAME pace as regular mail. When I get my next package I will HESITATE to use the usps again. Trying to talk to a live person is a hassle. Like the system refuses to let you speak to someone if you don't do EVERY PRE PERSON STEP FIRST. Do. Better. At the time of writing this at 9:18 in the morning I'm expected to wait HALF AN HOUR for a call back. The place has been open 20 minutes and they are already busy? Place needs to be restarted clean slate or just shut down finally. This is bull.

My Mail Carrier, Sarah, is awesome. She’s delivered my mail for decades and is completely trustworthy, efficient, polite and caring. Sarah is not just a Mail Carrier, she is an outstanding person who I can always count on to deliver my mail with efficiency and kindness. Thank you Sarah!

I’ve never had so many issues with mail service. I’ve lived in like 8 different places across 4 different cities and states. We constantly get the neighbors mail, packages say they are coming but arrive late if at all, and yet again I have a package that didn’t show up for some ridiculous reason and little to no information given.

The staff at this locale are always helpful. Easy to get in and out. Wait times, if any, and not typically long. Lots of parking. There is a drop mailbox for letters in the back of the lot.

I want to thank Sarah for always giving us good service. But today she also showed how caring and compassionate she is. We had not picked up our mail for a few days. So she knocked on the door to make sure that my husband and myself were well. Thank you Sarah we really appreciate you!

My parents and I have relied on Richland USPS for 30 years now. I personally have never had any issues at all. The carrier, whom we have had for the last several years, is very kind and sincere. Words do not describe my gratitude for such an important organization that makes our country great.

They had some problems with home delivery but those got corrected. Very friendly staff, and they provide great service at the counter.

The mail carrier Sherri is a wicked witch of a lady. I have requested several times verbally and in writing to have all packages put inside of my back porch. Sherri refuses to comply and when confronted with it she says something rude and drives away. Yesterday she delivered a package and put it on a snowy flower planter outside of my porch..I ran out and got her attention to tell her I requested all packages to be put inside the porch, she yelled at me and said "That is your porch!" Refering to my planter. I have complained several times to her supervisor and nothing has been done. She needs to be fired!

Do nothing to help you! Frequently do not get my mail. Goes into someone's box and thankfully they deliver it to my door.

Our mail carrier is outstanding. The customer service at the post office is awful. The majority (not all) of the staff will do the absolute bare minimum to help you, ask for more than that, they will typically flat out refuse, and be short about it. If you catch them on a good day, they might put in half effort between eye rolls. No, they're not teens at a summer job, they are actually adults. I go out of town to mail packages out. Any problems I have with incoming mail, I just have to deal with, because it's just too much of a hassle for them to resolve an issue.

Amazon Posted 2-19-2018 on amazon tracking.Carrier is unable to gain access to front door to deliver package. Please contact the carrier to resolve. Richland post office left this on tracking the package at 6:08 pm. this is a lie. There was no snow there was no car in the drive way just pure laziness and not willing to do the job at hand. That's why Amazon is going to deliver their own packages. I feel bad for the people who do there jobs and will still lose them because of people like this.
