Rented a 12x40' space and when I got there the space measured less than 30'. Called customer service and the only thing they could do was move me up to a 45' space at an additional charge. I think that is called 'bait and switch'. They also added their Insurance to the price even though I had my own insurance. I requested them to remove that.

Petrona was absolutely fabulous!! She went way above and beyond with me, it took a little longer to finalize my storage rental but she remained extremely professional!!! When she spoke with her beautiful Jamaican accent you could see her smiling.

I closed my account last week and emptied my storage, they still charged my account a few days later and of course I can't get a hold of anyone to fix it.
