Stephen was an excellent customer service rep that shared valuable information about promotions and deals for me when I came in. He gave me the best possible deal and lowered my bill. He was friendly and personable while maintaining a fast work flow to get my transfers done and set up my new phones. I was in store for almost two hours due to the transfers but because of Stephen's wonderful personality it only felt like 5 minutes. People like Stephen are the reason why I choose AT&T over other phone companies!

I just left the AT&T store in Richmond. Stephen was Extremely helpful! I accidentally washed my mother cell phone, which was an old flip phone. They didn’t have flip phones in the store so he Told me exactly what to do. He had a new phone up and running in no time! He’s awesome!

Allen’s Guest Service skills are above reproach. He attended to my needs quickly and thoroughly. His knowledge of the different items we discussed made it easy for me to decide on what to purchase. I’ve been to many phone stores and I can honestly say I’ve seen maybe one or two sales reps with the skills and knowledge Allen possesses. For this reason Richmond AT&T will get all of my business.
