The staff never cleans the espresso machine or replaces the milk so it's never working. The usual excuse is that they were just about to clean it. 9 out of the last 10 times I stopped here for coffee it wasn't working. Edit: I saw the owner's reply to my review and I'm looking forward to this issue being resolved.
