Came in on May 9th to get an upgrade. Didn't get the gentleman's name, my fault, but he helped me tremendously. Once I figure his name out I will definitely update my review to give him recognition!

The reason I'm given is 0. Stars is because I applied for this position at this exact store The manager did not give me the job, but never explain. The reason why so why would I shop somewhere? That won't hire me? Do better

Jeremy is amazing. He's really helpful everytime we go in. My husband's first language isn't English, and Jeremy is always patient explaining things in a way that's easy for him to understand. Super appreciate him!

Was in the store this morning 7-20-23 at 11 am and the gentleman that was in helped me right away he nlknew the problem and addressed it... I was stuck in the water without a paddle cuz my phone is the way we get around for work and he saved the day. Definitely will return for more help!

Cricket and their staff are the best. The phone service is phenomenal. I get coverage everywhere.

Cricket is a great option for a cellular service just don't buy your phones from them. Mine broke within the first nine months. I sent mine back (under warranty) but they never refunded me for that one. Instead they made me buy another.
