Problem with register accepting coupons. Shane went above and beyond making transaction work to get all coupons. Love CVS and the first time I ever had a problem with coupons. Richmond,MI CVS one of my favorite to shop. Don't use the pharmacy because they don't accept my insurance., or I would get prescriptions filled there.

This place has terrible customer service. They kept sending me texts on vacation to let me know that my script was ready. I called them and told them not to put it back.on the shelf, as I would pick it up in 2 days when I returned home. I went to pick it up and they put it back.in the shelf anyway. Even after sending me a text that they got my message NOT to put it back on the shelf. I ended up having to wait for it for 10 minutes in the drive thru. Also, the front check out is so slow and prices are not great. I am ready to switch pharmacies since this place really lacks in communication.

I love Richmond CVS! I print a lot of photos for my scrapbooking hobby, the employees know me by name! Always friendly and helpful.

The prices can be a little high for some items, but the key is to download the CVS app for additional coupons. Everyone is very kind and helpful here and this location specifically has a pretty wide selection for a lot of things.

Why is it that I can't even talk to a person in the pharmacy? The phone tree only leads you to a voice-mail. They did return my call promptly, but it's frustrating that this is the new normal.

I gave two stars because the front counter and store in entirity wasn't an issue. The pharmacy on the other hand, Not sure if the lady in there today had a bad day or WHAT. But from the second we went to the counter she was horrible. Her attitude, and overall customer service was TERRIBLE. Rude, snarky, talked down. Not sure what I did to make her day bad. Apparently my RX coupon was of no interest to her because in her words "I should be happy it's at a cheaper price now than the last time I was in here" was her response when questioned why the price was higher than my coupon that I was under the impression they honored and accepted? Just completely horrible experience overall. Won't ever be getting anything filled here again. Hope she or the store figures the issues out with that one. Don't suggest filling prescriptions here unless you enjoy being treated like an inconvenience.

Printed 12 photos, 8 were unusable due to poor quality of printing. Tried to complain on customer service line and was transferred twice, asked for my personal information beyond what was necessary, then on hold until I gave up. Would not shop again.

Horrible experience. They are rude and a attitude problem. The lady there only picks certain people she wants to act nice to and do her job for. Leave all that personal nonsense at home.
