I gave two stars because the front counter and store in entirity wasn't an issue. The pharmacy on the other hand, Not sure if the lady in there today had a bad day or WHAT. But from the second we went to the counter she was horrible. Her attitude, and overall customer service was TERRIBLE. Rude, snarky, talked down. Not sure what I did to make her day bad. Apparently my RX coupon was of no interest to her because in her words "I should be happy it's at a cheaper price now than the last time I was in here" was her response when questioned why the price was higher than my coupon that I was under the impression they honored and accepted? Just completely horrible experience overall. Won't ever be getting anything filled here again. Hope she or the store figures the issues out with that one. Don't suggest filling prescriptions here unless you enjoy being treated like an inconvenience.

Printed 12 photos, 8 were unusable due to poor quality of printing. Tried to complain on customer service line and was transferred twice, asked for my personal information beyond what was necessary, then on hold until I gave up. Would not shop again.

Horrible experience. They are rude and a attitude problem. The lady there only picks certain people she wants to act nice to and do her job for. Leave all that personal nonsense at home.

I love shopping at the Richmond CVS! The manager and staff are very knowledgeable, helpful and strive for complete customer satisfaction! The store has a great selection of products; many unavailable at other local stores. The deals on the Shopper Card and the ExtraBucks are real money savers! I’m so thankful our community has this great store!

I have to say that with the current state of affairs (specifically understaffing) this pharmacy somehow continues to provide excellent customer service. I seriously don't know how they do it but they do. I suspect that the employees are working significant overtime. I very much hope that they are compensated by the CVS corporation for their overtime. Unfortunately, I would suspect that they aren't. Just my feeling as I was in the insurance industry for 27 years. I want to give a shout out to the Pharmacist, Nancy (LNU) who ALWAYS is their to answer your questions and takes the time to explain your medication and it's side effects or helps with the scheduling of vaccinations for the Flu, Shingles and Pneumonia. Thank you Nancy and thank you CVS staff for the great customer service you provide. Keep up the good work. We need the smiling faces you give in such crazy times.

I went in to cvs before work. I stood at the register for a bit. Not too long, but long enough to wonder where an associate was. The associate came up and said he was going to help me use the self serve. I said I'd rather be rung up. He insisted it would be faster. I was on my way to work. I didn't want a tutorial on something I've used before. I wanted to be at the register and get customer service. He was persistent. Trying to show me what to push and scan. I was clear that it wasn't what I wanted. I became frazzled. I placed my things back to the register and asked if he could please just ring me up. I asked if they still do that. Did I have a choice? He said of course. I was bewildered why I had to continuously say I didn't want self checkout and move my stuff back to the register if thats the case. He had slowly voided the transaction he started. I begged for him just to ring me up. He was going slow and said he couldn't because of all the other customers and didn't want to lose his job. The store was empty. He did ring me up. He called me rude and said he didn't have to help me. He kept saying it was his job to use the self serve. He escalated an ordinary transaction to an awful experience in this CVS. I gave two stars for the clean stocked shelves. Customer service would have gotten zero.

We want to thank the pharmacist Stuart at this CVS, My wife and I got our second Covid shot from him and he was amazing at how he explained everything about how the Vaccine works, The reactions we could expect, The needle poke itself and was very helpful about my latex allergy. Thank you so much Stuart, You are the best!

Why is this store NEVER open on time?? This is the 5th time I've needed to go in for the pharmacy and myself and many others are waiting outside well past opening time.

Store wasn't open at 8:15 am even when posted hours say open at 8. Lady at door was rude pushing cart out said Store Manager not here so can't open. I understand things happen but really no reason to be rude. Took my business to Rite Aid.

Clean store with a great selection of merchandise.. The pharmacy staff answered all my questions and was so friendly
