Great experience! Purchased our used Jeep from here. Ended up needing a couple things a few weeks later and they took care of no problem! Very easy to get a hold of and got us right in. The whole process was very smooth. Would highly recommend.

I needed new tires, balancing and an alignment. It took a couple hours for your service associate to come get me from the waiting room to tell me what I already knew and to give me a quote and an appointment time to come back. After waiting so long I wasn’t surprised when she told me my next appointment would be three hours long. I came back to have the new tires installed, balanced and aligned. I waited three hours to have my service associate come to tell me that they had gotten the wheels off but finally noticed that they had ordered the wrong tire size after struggling to get it on the rim. Then, when I left, my tire pressure light went on. I brought it right back in because I wasn’t sure after they had messed with the tires if one was leaking. A couple more hours passed and they told me they checked everything and nothing was leaking and that they had damaged my tire pressure sensor. Today, I came in for my new tires. Three hours later I was told the van was ready and that the service technician was taking it for a test drive and she would get me on my way. I waited again for a long time had to be at least another half hour, and I got concerned and went to check if everything was ok. The technician that test drove it was walking in with my keys. I leave the parking lot and immediately hear clicking coming from my tire. So, again, I turn around to come back to the service department after already being here for four hours. I hand the keys back over and the person who had test driven it happened to be there so I told him what I had experienced. He said he’d take it for another ride. I headed to the waiting room. At this point they brought me back to the service technicians in the garage where one of the people tried to tell me that I must have a bad rotor. I was really frustrated at this point as, my car was making no strange noises prior to them changing the tires and doing the alignment. Then he said maybe rust in the rotor but no way it was coming from the tire. I am really angry at this point and he said they would swap the front and back tires to check. And I made my way back to the waiting room where I was told a manager would come talk with me, which never happened. The service associate comes back finally with this picture and tells me the wheel weights were mounted wrong and rubbing and they have it fixed and were putting it back together. Almost six hours later I finally get to leave.I am still left with this picture of damage done from the improper mounting of the wheel weights and don’t know if or what damage this has done to my tire or my breaks. I am left extremely disappointed with this whole experience. And from hearing the comments from other customers after many hours in the waiting room I'm not alone.

I was on a time crunch to get a new vehicle, and Sam M. did a great job getting it all done for me in a few hours. Appreciated the time he spent driving me around the lot to show me the options, and answering my questions. I never felt pressured into a decision, and was kept well informed of the different price options. The dealership itself was welcoming and looked brand new after its remodel. The amount of vehicles they had on their lot was far more than other dealerships I had looked at previously, which was helpful to not feel pressured into settling on something.

I had a bolt in my tire and the gentleman at the service department was able to quickly get me in same day and got the tire warranted as I purchased the tire warranty and re-installed new tire and back onto my vehicle and with a car wash to boot. Friendly, Courteous staff and very professional. While I was waiting, I was visited by my salesman and had a great conversation about the newly remodeled dealership. Will recommended this dealership to other folks as well. Great Job!

When several other area repair shops didn't have time for a simple oil change and tire rotation, this dealership told me to come on down !! Was afraid of the cost, but found the dealership was cheaper than local service centers. Also, I know it may not seem important, but they washed my 9 year old Town and Country and made it look great. My NEW place to go for repairs and maintenance. Thanks Huvaere's Richmond !!

UPDATE (18 September 2023):Below the dealership provides a response to my review and invites me to contact them if I have any questions, which I did a day or so after they posted their response. I did not receive any response at all after reaching out, which was right after Labor Day. I specifically asked why the dealership took pre-service pictures of my truck but cannot show me an image that shows the damage was there prior to service. The dealership has ignored this, which, based on lack of response, I can only conclude is indicative dealership guilt. Utilize this establishment at your own peril.ORIGINAL:I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change. My visit started with dealership personnel telling me I had used all three of my oil changes, but I knew that I only used two. After sifting through records, the dealership was able to verify that I had, in fact, only used two. The visit also produced a scratch on the driver's side door, which I know was not there prior to the visit. Additionally, the dealership took pictures of the vehicle prior to rendering service, and it cannot produce an image that shows the scratch was there prior to service.The manager, Vince, quickly disregarded my concerns and pinned the blame solely on me. My vehicle has other scratches, which I know I am responsible for, but this was definitely a new scratch not present prior to service. However, he was arrogantly insistent that there was no possibility that the dealership created the scratch, which I find to be highly questionable. The dealership had me bring it back in the next week to correct the scratch; however, the dealership took minimal corrective action, and it is possible that no action was taken because the damage looks exactly the same. Again, Vince pinned the responsibility on me completely and focused on the car wash as the only potential culprit rather than any other conceivable cause that could have occurred during service (i.e. someone brushing against the door with an abrasive tool or instrument). Additionally, the dealership did not ask me if I wanted the vehicle washed, it just washed it on its own.I held this dealership in high regard until this visit. Unfortunately, the entirety of this experience completely eroded my trust, and I have zero confidence that the dealership will do anything to correct it other than respond to a public review that it is not responsible.The entirety of this experience is unacceptable, so the best I can do is warn others of what to expect. I have multiple requests for feedback as well as phone calls from the dealership coming in, which I have responded to. What do I expect the outcome of my responses to those requests to be? Nothing because I am sure the requests are more of a tool to make customers feel like the dealership cares rather than the dealership actually caring.

Very pleased with our car purchase experience today. Mark was our salesman and he kept things quick and simple for us! Their facility is beautiful and comfortable! We had one small issue with the car before driving off the lot but it was handled promptly by their service team. Their seating areas were comfortable for my pregnant self so time passed quickly. No sleazy car salesman here!!

Sarah, In used cars made buying a Dodge Ram very easy. This is my second Ram that I have purchased from her and she was quick to help and very accommodating with my schedule. The showroom was remodeled since my last visit and it looks amazing. The free Starbucks coffee/Latte/hot chocolate maker is great for customers who are waiting.My only mini complaint is with their website. When I tried to get information on a couple of vehicles that I was interested in, I did not get any response. Idk, maybe something is wrong with the website.My overall experience was a good one. I would recommend family and friends to this dealer. I’ll see you again in a few years. Thanks for everything!

Was in a crunch because my lease was up and extending it was out of the question. Ryan Tolitsky had what I wanted and got it in the price range I wanted to be in. Monique was great with all the paperwork and showing me the new features on my new truck. Holly from the finance department was great to work with and we even shared some laughs! Leased from them before and definitely will lease/buy from them again!

I like that you get waited on right away. The team make sure they greet you and let you know they'll be right with you. The dealership itself is amazing and has a Beautiful waiting room. Dave Frost was very helpful and knowledgeable. He makes you feel like no question is a bad question. Very professional! Monique was very helpful.

Dave T and Josh were great. Made sure the car was spotless before I took it home. Clearly explained everything I needed to know. Lee in financing was informative as well. I looked at the car Wednesday, put a deposit down and brought it home Friday.
