I was nervous bringing my dog, Juno, in as she is large and very fearful/reactive of strangers and new places. The entire staff here were excellent, putting myself and Juno at ease. They were calm, slow, and so patient with her, and she was actually relaxed, wagging her tail, and accepting treats by the end of the appointment. I HIGHLY recommend this place.

The staff are always friendly and treat all animals with care and respect. We regularly take our two corgis here to get their nails trimmed and although Kana (female) is a drama queen and pretends like she is dying they manage to get it done and are very careful.

My brother's dog needed immediate care and we were able to get into the schedule without a problem. Harlow inevitably ended up being euthanized and the care provided to him, as well as the empathy of Dr. Murphy and the staff was exceptional under very difficult circumstances. Highly recommend!

Friendly staff, Doctor Murphy knowledgeable and thorough in recommendations for care. Their private pharmacy is pricey but all in all the care is good and reliable.

The staff here are so compassionate and caring. We are new to the area and needed a vet, which can be stressful. We highly recommend.

The doc and assistant seemed good, but the office gave me an extra charge. Good thing I noticed after 5 days and when I called no apology just rude snipy lady. She told me not to talk to her that way after they disrespected me and never called back, or emailed and put me hold and blamed her coworker. No one has time for this. Not great ? not sure if I will return. It takes 3+ weeks get back the over charge to your credit card and there is a 3% charge for credit cards, they should have told me this. Glad I have my receipt because I paid cash. So, aggravating to deal with these young girls they seem not to care. ?

4/11/2023 - The place is completely changed from a year ago. I met with Dr. Murphey for the first time and it seemed that her main focus was on selling me services. The nurse (Carolyn??) didn't know how to pick up a cat the proper way. I had to tell her that he needs support and that grabbing him under the belly wasn't a good way to support him. I expect people who work at a veterinary clinic to know how to pick up and support animals. I'm disappointed in the way the place seems to be run now. The people that used to be there were friendly. The only friendly person I encountered was the person at the front desk. I don't know what happened.

The Vet was very caring, the staff also. Very thorough and nice. Excellent care for my pets. My dog, Cloud, is 14 yrs old. My cat,Teddy is 2 yrs old....the problems they had were handled with such care and much information on how to get them back to health. Love Howell Vet Care Center! 5?! ?❤️

Very nice people. But I don't like that they take your animal out of the room to evaluate. Exrays n things yes, but visual inspections eye drops n thing should be in front of the client.
