Been using this Kroger pharmacy for 9+ years for myself, wife and dogs. Never an issue, staff has always been friendly and helpful. Go to Henry Ford urgent care in Richmond for an illness and 95% of the time my script is ready before I leave their parking lot. Plus you get fuel rewards! What's not to like.

I filled a hydrocodone 5mg/325 quantity of 12 on July 25, 2024 after falling in my garage.i have a comminuted fracture of knee cap ans a fracture of left wrist. Today, the trauma surgeon dis surgery on both body parts. Again, the surgeon sent an order in for painkillers. When my husband went to pick it up, the lady daid,"hmm, she just had 12 pills 7 days ago. I'm not sure about that. This woman doesn't have a clue what she can can't say. I believe she owes me a apology. Tell her to run a maps.

After being with Rite Aid for 15 years I wasn't to happy about having to switch pharmacy's but after my first experience with my new Richmond Kroger Pharmacy, let me tell you, I was very pleased with there service and how I was treated by the staff. Very professional and answered all my questions in a caring way. Thank you for making the transition to your pharmacy a pleasant one.

Switched to Kroger pharmacy because I recently moved to Richmond. Why pick up medication at a pharmacy 35 mins away when there’s a pharmacy right around the corner, right?Well, I might have to go through the whole rigorous task of switching pharmacies or trying to find a pharmacy close enough that accepts my insurance because they are RUDE at this pharmacy. My RX has been on back order for a while, I completely understand that there’s a difficulty with pharmacy’s getting it in stock. That is still no reason to treat someone so rudely.I was very happy when I moved to this community because everyone has been so warm and welcoming. Until this RUDE RUDE RUDE pharmacy technician. I simple asked if I could get some information on when they think my RX will be filled, and if they’d call me when it’s ready. She responded with “I told you, it’s on back order, try CVS!”Just Rude. I’ll be filing an official complaint, and I’ll be paying the Pharmacy a visit just to get some clarification on if they have an expected date on my Rx. There’s no sense in being rude back to the woman, but I still need information.

Kroger pharmacy closes and shuts gate prior to the time labeled on all their signage dedicated to lunch breaks. I asked if they could help me since the time on my iPhone said it was prior to 1pm (before the scheduled time for them to close) but they refused service during hours of operation. I’m all for lunch breaks and totally think the employees deserve one. However, what a bizarre concept for every person to go on lunch at the same time at a pharmacy, and to not follow their designated times shown to customers on signs.

Horrible communication. Was told script for my dog would be ready in 30 minutes. 2 hours go by as im waiting and go back to window and the tell me this medication does not exist and they need to verify with the vet. 24 hours go by and still no word as my dog is suffering with a serious infection. I call and see if it is ready and was told its not policy to keep customers informed if there is a delay or problem with filling a script. If i would have been made aware that they dont have this medication in that size at the beginning i would have went the mile up the road to get a new script from the vet.

Didn't call back. Didn't follow up. Won't take GoodRX. Worthless. Why would I go to a pharmacy that I have to do their job? I wouldnt. CUSTOMER BEWARE.

I only gave 2 stars because the actual pharmacist was a doll. Stephanie however was the rudest person ever! She does not need to be working with people. She has no skills in customer service what so ever! Looks like someone sh** in her Cheerios today! And she was gracious enough to share her salty attitude with me today. I called ahead because I got a confusing text that said a few of my meds had to be ordered. No big deal. I asked if my order was ready because I needed my meds for pneumonia. So I feel like im dying and I get the worst person on the planet to help me out. My luck. She was checking my insurance coverage and was getting upset because, well I'm not really sure if it was the line forming behind me or she is just naturally unpleasant but I couldn't hear her over the speaker. I told her by holding my hand up to my ear and signing it to her. She pointed to the phone with an angry voice and screamed into it. I said, first of all your attitude isn't needed. You are really being unacceptable right now. I told her I have pneumonia I don't feel good and my SO completed suicide a few months prior. I just want my meds and I'll pay cash if I have too. She hung the phone up! Then proceed to walk away! Wtf! Like how is she working with the public?! That is so unacceptable to me! I put my car in drive and went inside to talk to the actual pharmacist who was so lovely and caring. She appologized for her bad attitude which made me wonder if she has to put up with that every day. I really hope Brittany doesn't. She is wonderful. I sadly won't be returning to Kroger pharmacy after I get the rest of my meds. It was the worst experience I've ever had there. How could you have such an unsympathetic person in the pharmacy working with people who need kindness? I just wanted to share in hopes some one will see this and deal with it.

I would personally rate this store a 0 if that was a option!!! The managers clearly don't do their jobs properly and with multiple complaints things seem to get worse!!! Shelf's are ALWAYS empty!!! Been out of nursery water for 6 weeks now!!! Completely out of formula today floors flooded to the point my shoes were soaked are we waiting for a slip and fall!! Managers laugh it off!! SMH

I LOVE Kroger! It is just a great grocery store. Not as clean as Richmond but good size aisles and great selections. Better produce than Meijer.

Not sure what is going on there lately. Low to no inventory, bought shallots there 2 weeks ago and tried to use them the same day, they were rotten inside. Bought tortillas from deli area yesterday, open them for dinner, covered in mold. # Meijer can have my 600 per month if they want it.
