Kroger the richmond kroger.. never been more disgusted with a shopping experience. the workers are more busy talking to each other than doing their job. the floors are not swept nothing looks clean, an smells so bad. i was approached at my car window told i needed to move by an employee because my grandmother parked close to a no park zone next to handicapped parking. no matter what i was she was in a spot yes she was alittle over but coming to my window telling me nope you can’t do this. first off there’s barly any lines to show where you need to park. they need to worry more about cleaning their stores where the shopping carts were the floors are disgusting, the meat deli counter was all covered in water could not read what kind of meat or prices, a worker was sweeping the floor and gave us a dirty look like we were in his way. overall crappy experience never will go back. sad sad sad. absolutely disgusted.

The produce Ad items might be fresh, but that is where it ends. Consecutively the produce is sad, very sad. Not just in the Richmond store but all the Kroger's we have visited.

Like all stores since COVID hit stock is not as readily available at times but they've done some nice remodeling. The staff has always been helpful to me even when they're busy.

Store needs to be bigger for that area, a lot of products were out! Store also needs to be updated. Not appealing at all… cashiers were very friendly

My father tried to return an unopened non-food item. Richmond Kroger would not return bc it was just over their 14 day return. I'm sorry he was taking care of my mom, she passed a couple days ago. I will never shop Kroger again. 14 day return policy is ridiculous. We will shop at your competition whom has respectable return policies.

Kroger in Richmond honestly has the most helpful and upbeat workers! I always have a good experience shopping here, I am so happy that this is my local Kroger store!

I usually don't use click list, but with the virus: I use it when I can. With the craziness of people hoarding, they don't always have everything I ordered, but at times they do. I give each and every front line worker the highest respect. Especially those in retail as they did not sign up for this. My experience with all of those that I have encountered at Kroger Richmond, have been very kind, caring, and professional. Both in the store and at click list. I have seen the people that bring the click list orders to the car, treated horribly. Yet they maintain their composure. These people are human beings and need to be treated as such. Treat them kindly. Tell them thank you for what they do. That they're appreciated. It is only a few words, but they go a long way and have a huge impact.

Don’t ever come here. A sign fell and hit my daughter in the head and knocked her over. The manager Deanna couldn’t careless. She offered an ice pack and sent me on my way. I called corporate and what a joke that was! Getting a lawyer and looking for a negligence suit. Watch your kids! And watch out for the elderly. Could’ve really hurt someone

I really like this store, it always has what I need. I don't understand how people can knock this store, it is a grocery store, it's clean and runs good for people who can just go shopping and don't need special attention.

Kroger in general is a dump. All of them. I would never shop there if I had a choice, I've said that for years. poor selection, terrible produce. if there was another store closer I would go there instead. Also management is terrible new manager every month.

Boo hiss to Kroger in Richmond for not accepting a US passport as identification. It is the ultimate form of identification. Get with it!

Horrible store. Highly priced for a Kroger. Their items on sale are always rung up at market rate. Staff call you honey and dearie and they are too busy talking to their friends out in public, they play loud hillbilly music, their displays are awful. They have a terrible selection. The isles are always full of empty boxes and you have to walk around them. They have a monopoly going therefore they could care less about the customer and proper customer service. I encourage the locals to boycott this store until they can get their act together.
