We highly recommend Richmond Mini Storage. They are professional and easy to work with. The storage units are clean, the area is well lit and safe. The management team is flexible and courteous.

I went to my unit to get some items out. I kept trying the key to my lock and it just wasn’t working. I made a trip home to make sure i didn’t have the wrong key or something. I came back tried again and that’s when Mike (the owner) happened to be there, saw me struggling and tried the key too. He said it was indeed the right key but something was wrong with the lock itself (I did buy a cheap lock). Mike went and got his bolt cutters and a new lock and got everything fixed up for me!!! What a lifesaver he was!!! His kindness and generosity spared me a whole headache and a bad day! If you want a local friendly place to store your items….this place is it!! Thank you Mike for your help and great service!!!
