Noah was an amazing help! He was patient and kind! I can’t tell you how knowledgeable and approachable Noah was!! What a great experience after having two other local stores ignore me and treat me with disregard. That young man is the best! Thanks Noah!

I just switched my family over to T-Mobile from Verizon. The customer service I received from Luke was 10/10. I would definitely recommend this location for in-store service.

This used to be my T Mobile store. But, last summer I went into this location and the young man working tried “fixing” my Apple Watch. *But he stuck the SIM card device in the speaker hole and blew my speaker.* So, my talk to text, Siri, literally everything that requires a speaker hasn’t worked since. I went back and forth with the store rep, Lauren. (This took months.) The Mgr, Mike was supposed to call me and never did. They told me that they weren’t taking any responsibility for their employees’ mistake, which resulted in breaking my expensive watch. This has been a long and frustrating fight, trying to get them to do something (anything really) to try and rectify this. My watch is STILL broke and the store has done nothing. DO NOT go this store. Avoid at all costs.

I went to the Richmond location and the manager guaranteed me I would have service where I live...I didn't..I barely had ability to make a call...I returned next day to return the phone and end the service... even though they lied to my face about the quality of signal I was charged 70 bucks per phone for restocking fee....so they still made 140 off me for nothing...tmobile customer service didn't care either...nothing but a company of liars ....do not trust any of them

The worst customer service we have ever dealt with. My elderly mother switched from Verizon because of a promotional deal 1 year ago. We have fought about service issues from day one. I've had to drive to her home for wellness checks since there is spotty service in the home and I would be calling non-stop, and she would not be getting my calls. I asked if we could switch services and was told we needed to pay off the phone.. even though there wasn't good service/reception. I was willing to just give up and give everything back. Recently, she went into the Richmond store and complained about service, again.... They said she needed a new phone.... and they also gave her the wifi device so that it would help with her service/reception. It did not help, so she returned.... ended up being billed for home internet she didn't ask for and is currently paying for the new phone that she thought was a replacement. Also paying for an additional line that she didn't authorize. No one will help. Store says call customer care, and the customer care says go to the store. Fraud claims have been filed.... no credits yet, and still waiting for an email so we can send the phone back. I have lost years off my life dealing with this terrible company. Totally taking advantage of my elderly mother just so there are "sales" and "upgrades" for the stores numbers. Not my words, but a corporate store said that. They brought it to light that my mother was paying for services she didn't ask for.

Kimbo and Mike were extremely professional and informative. Came in dreading another trip to Sprint and left with a smile and new phones. Thank you guys wish all stores were like this. I hope this staff actually stays. Sal was great but bad service until current staff. Better than Sal.

Tmobile all the way around is a terrible company to do business with...but the location in Richmond is full if inept liars...my husband was told we would have good service where we live and when we got home we had absolutely no service..we had to drive 20 miles south to get a signal to call and when we did customer service told us there was no service e available in our area...we returned the phones the next day and were charged $140.00 for a restock fee....plus the fees to go back to cricket...even the owner of this location could care less about the lies thier employees told us...do yourself a favor and go with any other service but tmobile

othis livation flat out lied to me and said I would have service in my area... I had none..then they charged me 140 to return the phones... do not use this service they lie and do not care about it...the customer service isn't any better they also lied to me saying they would refund my restocking fee...horrible company!!

By FAR the best experience I've ever had at phone stores. The new manager Mike is so personable and goes above and beyond to exceed expectations. He was helping 5 other customers at the same time as me. We all interacted and he kept us all entertained. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Came in with an issue from previous employee and left with a cheaper bill even though we got new phones home internet and 2 watches. The bad reviews are clearly miserable people who only give bad reviews. MOST HONEST retail store ever!

SCAM ALERT!!! sold me a plan with 2 flip phones, got home no service emergency call only, teck suport guy said this store should have never sign me up. Store charge me 140$ for restock, so tmobile them selves are sending me gift card for 140$. Store also did this to a friends mom, what j*** a manager mike is he could have wave the fee.
