Worst Tim Hortons I ever been to, charged me for large drinks, to find out they gave me mediums, didn’t toast the bagel. On top of all that the manager is very unprofessional and rude.

Customer service was terrible. I don’t know what has happened to customer service anymore but the girl taking more order and handing me my order was terrible. She was condescending and rude. I said I wanted egg on my bagel not just sausage so she didn’t put cheese on my bagel purposely. I did order a croissant with only sausage and cheese because my gf is allergic to egg. Just how rude.

Always rude staff, it's like they hire people and teach them to be rude. Also, you see the bad reviews, and nothing is done about it. And can you believe I asked for no ice, and they said then my cup won't be all the way full. ? And then my daughter went and ordered something and got the wrong thing. They told her it's what's on the receipt, so that's what she gets. These people need to be fired. And maybe you should look at the management. But this has been an issue for years, and nothing seems to be done, so forget the community, right? ?♀️?♀️

I recently had an experience at Tim Horton's that left me quite frustrated due to the slow service. The wait time for my order was longer than expected, and it seemed like the staff was overwhelmed or not properly managing the flow of customers. While I appreciate the quality of their products, the service speed needs improvement to enhance the overall customer experience.

Ok I feel the urge to combat all these negative reviews here. I just don't get it. I have been to this Tim Hortons probably about 300 times. And I've been to about 30-35 different Tim Hortons all over the state and in Canada.First off, no employees have ever been rude nor anything but pleasant, ever.Secondly, I've never seen a drive-thru line (at ANY type of fast-food establishment) move more quickly and efficiently as this one. Like every. Single. Time. I usually go here during the busiest time of day (weekdays around 7:30) and it continually blows my mind how fast the line moves. I mean cars can be wrapped all around the building and back to Main St, and I never hesitate to go even then, because know it's gonna move quickly.And maybe most importantly, when i order my typical breakfast sandwich, it's ALWAYS damn near perfect. It's at the ideal temperature and the cheese is always melted a lil bit, just the way it should be. When I order the same thing at most other Tim's, I'm usually disappointed. Sometimes it's lukewarm and the cheese isn't melted at all, etc. So my point is, do not hesitate to go here with confidence. Reading all these previous reviews, I feel that many Yelpers are either just ignorant, complete and total pansies, or perhaps were just having a bad day so they felt the need to bash this place. No bashing here though, this is THE BEST Tim's I've ever been to all things considered and I'm glad it's my local one. Nice job Tim Hortons of Richmond!! I would give you 10 stars if I could.

Every time I go to Tim Hortons (Richmond MI) in the am, I am treated poorly by the same couple of people. They are rude and don't care about customer satisfaction. Because of this, i will not returning and I will never be giving this Tim Hortons my money again. I can speak for many customers.

I absolutely hate writing bad reviews but my goodness the rudeness at this location needs to be addressed. On the app it’s 6 donuts for 3.49 she told me I have to pay $8.22 because I didn’t say a half dozen so I had to pay the full price. The app says 6 for 3.49 it is the same thing! Refused to change the price she was so rude does not need to be in a customer service environment. Train your employees on how to be kind sad thing is that shouldn’t have to be taught. I will NEVER go back to that location as that seems to be the trend at that location

I think it was the manager but she's very rude. On an accident I forgot to mention that I wanted my coffee iced. I got to the window and the cashier handed me a hot coffee and I said I'm sorry it was supposed to be ice. And she said oh... Then the manager comes to the window and tells me you have to say iced because it also comes in hot. Oh I'm sorry I made a mistake You don't have to smack my hand and act like I'm five. Are people not allowed to make mistakes. Very rude woman... I think it would have been more polite if you would have just said That's okay no big deal here's your drink thanks have a great day. Nope instead I get scolded. Needless to say I won't be returning. And I will be sure to let my friends and family to do the same.

It always close and some of the stuff there very rude i see why if the lady that runs it this rude to people i see why she dont have enough staff .. I enjoy time Hortons very much never had this bad of experience at any other
