“When I tell you I have never been to Belle Tire but this is now my new extended family...I mean that from my soul!!! I had made two different appts at two Walmart autocare facilities to be crapped on at each one. I purchased online tires for pickup/installation @ Livonia/Middlebelt location just to get there after waiting a week and they canceled my appt and did not want to fit me into the day I could verify via text and the app and made me fight for a refund for over a month on tires that were also delivered wrong size and they knew I never left the store with. So I try a 2nd time with Telegraph/Taylor store same online process but this time I decided to purchase tires already in store. My install appt was bumped up to an earlier slot by a few days so I get there and they show me their tablet with one time I show them my online app with the revised time and of course no accommodations for something I clearly cant control..then they delayed my tire pickup (it was still delayed today) so I canceled the installation and purchase myself this time. Walmart won't fool me a 3rd time.
I look up Belle Tire about midnight - 2am this morning to purchase tires in store so not to take a chance on delayed delivery and low and behold they had them with an appt for me this morning at 930am -SAME DAY!!! WOW!! I got a call at 745am to confirm, they okayed me dropping off the car early and called me by 1230pm with all 4 tires installed on my vehicle and gave me a great deal on the wheel alignment too! The 2nd Walmart appt wasn't until Sunday 12/07 IF they didn't still have me delayed.
So here I am with new tires ready for the next Michigan snow, a TOTALLY HAPPY SATISFIED CUSTOMER and a new Belle Tire extended family customer. Thank You Belle you did your thing by extending fast courteous great customer service and those tires look great, ride like a Bentley and have me floating down the road!

“There were installation issues with reprogramming my cars windshield electronics. It took 2 retries with Safelight glass and a third with OEM glass from Subaru. The gang stuck with it until everything was completed to factory specs. Three appointments was a bit taxing but I appreciated that Safelight would not submit billing to my insurance company until I was satisfied of a properly completed Installation and electronics working correctly. The technician and staff were apologetic and concerned as I was about taking 3 appointments to complete everything correctly. They kept researching and getting approvals for an OEM glass from Subaru in order to get a satisfactory job satisfied customer. Thank you Southgate, MI store.”

“WOW! I chose Gerber Collision after my car was hit. My insurance covered the cost, but Gerber went above and beyond with their service. They texted me everyday with updates on the car and an estimate of when it would be done. When I reached out with questions, they were always quick to respond and very kind (I asked a lot of questions!). My car was finished 3 days before they originally quoted me, and they detailed the ENTIRE inside of my car. When I went to pick it up, the mechanic talked me through what was done and their warranty. “I came to this location a week ago for an oil change, screw in the tire, and tire rotation. They were busier than I’ve ever seen before. I worked with a gentleman advising of my request and he requested for me to move my vehicle as I parked near the door. When I came back in I handed off my key. A few days later I noticed my tires weren’t rotated. I called the store and the manager, I believe his name is Travis, answered the call and could hear the frustration in my voice. Travis informed me we could schedule an appointment and get me in and out. I advised I wasn’t available until Friday and had plans to bring my other vehicles and go see Santa. Travis advised it was no problem and they’d work around my schedule and get me appointments scheduled. While working with Travis he could tell it was deflating having to bring my vehicle in again after it was there for a day last week and advised not only would he put a special note on the appointments but he’d give me a discounted rate. I felt bad as I’ve changed my vehicle maintenance/ repair process to Belle Tire. In the past I would do my oil changes but not be able to do the tire rotation so I started taking my vehicle to a dealership. One day when getting front end work done, a Bell Tire staff member informed me since I bought my tires there, they would rotate them for free and the oil change was financially more affordable then the dealership. Travis told me not to feel bad and he was happy to help me get both vehicles taken care of. Yesterday we dropped off the vehicle and the tire rotation was very quick. After taking the kids to see Santa, we came back to swap the vehicles. I then worked with David, who continued to change my experience around going the extra mile like Travis. Even with them only being open for another 90 minutes, David advised they’d be able to complete the oil change and tire rotation on my second vehicle before close. Upon completion David advised me they replaced the wipers. After further discussion, David realized the other vehicle really needed the blades replaced more than the one they did. David advised he was going to add a second set of blades on and swap them himself. I’ve been to many shops and dealerships and never had a staff working the PC go outside and get their hands dirty. Travis and David went above and beyond for me and my family. I’m not one to leave reviews, but I had to take a moment and recognize how not only did these gentlemen turn around my recent experience, but they solidified my decision to continue to go to Belle Tire rather than anywhere else. Not only do I want to recognize these gentlemen, but also the mechanics who always help our vehicles leave in better condition than they came in. In my old man small talks with folks, I will continue to advise for people to go to Belle Tire for their tires as not only will they have many perks besides the tires for all their vehicle needs, but staff like Travis, David, and the mechanics will always be sure they have an exceptional experience and service. I’m sorry for writing a book, but these sentences don’t feel like they do justice to continued exceptional experiences I have at Belle Tire, specially this location. Thank you again to Travis, David, and the mechanics at this Belle Tire location.”
